Lifestyles at Knights offer a great value membership. Take advantage of unlimited use of the gym as well as racquet sport such as Table Tennis and Badminton. You can also enjoy a range of workout classes at Knights Templar Sports Centre and off peak classes at North Herts Leisure Centre. Want to include swimming in your membership? Choose Lifestyles+ to add swimming at North Herts Leisure Centre.
Our 42 station fitness suite boasts the latest Technogym equipment to make your workout as enjoyable as possible. All of our CV equipment has built-in televisions, internet, games and mywellness integration. With the use of Technogym’s mywellness cloud you can keep track of your fitness in the gym and out and about. Our Personal Trainers are at hand if you want to step up your fitness routine or need more motivation. All members are entitled to the Lifestyles Programme, a personal plan tailored to your needs.
Take advantage of our sports facilities including a 4 court indoor Sports Hall, 3G pitch and tennis courts. Members can bring their children or a friend to play selected racquet sports with them for free! Sports include - Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis & Short Tennis. Other activities available at the centre include Football, Netball, Basketball and indoor cricket.
Our workout timetable includes over 30 classes a week. We have classes suitable for all levels and include a range of disciplines including High Intensity Interval Training, Dance Classes, Yoga and more. Lifestyles members can also take advantage of off peak classes at North Herts Leisure Centre.

Knights Templar Sports Centre is a 10 minute walk from Baldock Train Station. The bus route can be found here. Car parking is available next to the centre.

Fantastic experience: Great little gym with friendly staff and good pricing. Would love to have more access to the basketball court without having to go there at 6.00 am but not the end of the world.
Positive experience: Well located for local people. A varied programme of classes and never seems overly busy, so you get better availability of the equipment. Doesn't have a steam room or sauna though, which is a shame. Great that they have a 5G all weather football pitch.
