Pyramid Performance

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! I've been a member at different gyms in the past, some offering great equipment and others where I've trained with some good Personal Trainers but Pyramid Performance offers all this and more! I've been a member for about 18months now and have never looked back! About 6months after joining I fell pregnant but continued to train 3 times a week with the support of Neil & James who advised me how to adapt my workouts in a way that meant it was safe for me and my baby. I know that if I was at any other gym I wouldn't have the confidence to continue going to the gym throughout my pregnancy. My little girl is now 5months old and comes to the gym with me while I work on "restoring my core" and getting back in shape! She is spoilt with offers of cuddles from the PP family and is either entertained or rocked to sleep by one of the trainers while I get a sweat on. I really don't know any other gym where you get this level of care and support - it's more than being a member of a gym, it's like being part of a fabulous, fitness family!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of two commercial gyms prior to pyramid and been desperate to get into the gym but it always felt like nothing but a massive chore. Then I was introduced to Pyramid Performance nearly a year ago and I have been consistently going ever since. I am now hooked and could not imagine ever going anywhere else. This gym is like no other, it’s a community feel, personal, the classes are always different that you could never get bored. The PT’s are always there helping you out and actively giving you advice. I broke my wrist recently and Neil spent his time working on a personal programme for me so it would not hinder my consistent training - you just would not get that anywhere else! All the members are so welcoming and it’s so nice to feel like you are part of something. I can not recommend this gym enough. Team Pyramid!

Fantastic experience: After reluctantly leaving my last gym due to moving house, I tried SOOOO many gyms in Stockport trying to find the same community vibe I had before. It wasn’t until 12 months later when I walked through the doors of Pyramid that I finally found what I was looking for. A great set up, brilliant classes and supportive PT’s, James and Neil have created an atmosphere that makes you want to go to the gym. The people are friendly and welcoming and there’s always some challenge or another happening, so you can push yourself to be better. And for the days you can’t really face a hard hitting workout, and you want something low impact - there’s always someone on hand at the end to have a brew and a chat! I Love this gym!

Fantastic experience: I can’t rate this place high enough, friendly and down to earth trainers who really know how to get you results, and fun and inspiring classes. Top of the range equipment and no ripped rhinos posing in mirrors!
