Our gyms feature all of the latest kit, from cardio equipment like treadmills and spin bikes to strength and conditioning machines which are fully adjustable. We have a wide range of dumbbells so you’re guaranteed to find a weight which will suit you. We also have a cool-down/stretch area, perfect for that chill time at the end of an intense workout.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality One of the very best if not the best out there. Very kind and professional coaches and respectful members. it doesn’t matter where you come from, you’ll be part of the gym family. Clean and nice gym, well equipped. Whatever you eat, no matter what you do, just come train and you’ll get fit and be in shape sooner than you imagine.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, and amazing people. Before starting at PRL I had never tried CrossFit before, I had absolutely no confidence and was actually scared of trying it. After speaking to Rach I booked a taster session and I’ve never looked back. Vic & Rach and the other members made me feel so comfortable and have really helped me build my confidence. It’s been such a help to be part of such a brilliant community they have built over the lockdowns. Not to mention how much fitter I have felt since starting at PRL. Great gym, great coaches and super clean facilities

Fantastic experience: I've been training at CrossFit PRL since they opened and I knew this was the right place for me. Vic and Rach are extremely knowledgeable and are always happy to help with technique. Despite being in lockdown for a large part of their first year they've built a wonderful community, hosting online social events and team challenges. The gym also has excellent facilities, including a sauna and a large rig. I highly recommend PRL.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit PRL is so much more than just your average gym. It has a community and family spirit that is hard to find. Both Vic and Rach are amazing coaches who are able to provide support to people of all levels and abilities. The facilities are amazing and there is everything you will ever need all under one roof. The support that was provided during all the lockdowns shows you the good core values of this place. If you're new to crossfit or an experienced athlete, then this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: I joined PRL last summer and it really has changed my life. I've not just joined a gym I've joined a community, where fitness is obviously important but above all it's about support and wellbeing. It doesn't matter what fitness level you're at you'll make progress at PRL and you'll be encouraged every step of the way by Vic, Rach and all the members.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this gym highly enough. The coaches Rachael and Vic are really supportive and encouraging and quickly make you feel like part of the community at the gym. I'd never tried CrossFit before but it's completely changed the way I think about fitness, CrossFit PRL is definitely the best gym in Stockport!

Fantastic experience: This place has changed my life and I cannot thank the coaches Rachael & Vic enough especially Rachael. After having 3 surgeries on my foot (now fused) I needed to get fit and strong. These guys were recommended to me and I can honesty say the care and planning that went into my training was unbelievable. Without sounding soppy it's changed my life. Through all 3 lockdowns the support has been second to none and without this place I'd have been lost for sure. If your thinking of joining CrossFit, then CrossFit PRL is definitely the place to go ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Vic & Rach. I had a specific goal in mind for competing and conditioning for Jiu Jitsu. Since starting with PRL my fitness has improved dramatically. I feel fitter, stronger and better prepared for competing. Vic planned all of my sessions with my goals in mind and we never wasted a single minute. I’m excited for the year ahead and working with these guys on a regular basis. 5 stars from me.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Box which is run by 2 very experienced and passionate Coaches.....Vic and Rach will drive you to your limits.....then take you further again! The classes are suitable for anyone - everything is adapted to you as an individual. You really should try it out

Fantastic experience: These guys coached me before they had their own place. I was gutted when they left but I am sure Crossfit PRL will be awesome. Brilliant coaches and athletes and really really nice couple. My crossfit came on so so much working with them. Really recommend getting down there when they open in Jan.

Fantastic experience: I was overweight with high blood pressure & very unfit. I accidentally discovered my local CrossFit. As I don’t have the self motivation or will power to exercise on my own I decided to get a PT. Rachael became my PT for 2 yrs & she was absolutely amazing. She worked me hard each session, pushing me to my limits yet making it so enjoyable & fun that I looked forward going to the next session. Rachael put in a lot of work & had a well thought out plan for each session, so every session was different, working different muscles. I became fit, lost weight & got my blood pressure down. I continue to exercise regularly, I was able to do the 10 mile full tough mudder course & do a 5K park run every Saturday. Non of this would have been possible without Rachael making exercise enjoyable & getting me to stick with it.
