Fantastic experience: Nice gym, staff is really cool and helpful. The gym is opened 24h but if you go very early you must have your PiN handy as the doors do not open automatically as they do throughout the day. Is better to go early in the morning as it is very quiet and you get to do your workouts without waiting after others!

Positive experience: Nice range of equipment, plenty of weight plates. Went on a Saturday night, which is generally quiet, so not sure how busy it would get in peak times, but overall very clean and well equipped budget gym.

Fantastic experience: Good gym you can concentrate on your workouts, a bit on the small side but you can make do with what's there apart from there being no calves machine or wide cables for chest

Fantastic experience: Good protocols in place in my non-expert opinion, to make gymgoimg a safer experience in Covid era. Beware parking in adjacent Sainsbury's car park outside of store opening hours, for example on a Sunday evening whilst you gym, assuming wrongly must be unrestricted in those quiet times. You could easily incur a fine as it is monitored by a very commercially minded parking firm who must be making good money catching drivers out.

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym to do our excercises and variety of gym equipments to enjoy an amazing workout too. The trainers are helpful and are skilled to make their clients fit and healthy with flexibility and stamina.

Fantastic experience: So glad to be back here after being away for just over a year. Still the same if a little more crowded due to some machines being off to adhere to social distance rules. If anything, cleanliness is at a better standard than before so... have really missed this place an it's superior value for money. A 24hr gym for around twenty quid cannot be bad and it is worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: I'm a Newbie to gyms, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I like it. It was very busy when I went for the first time (10:30am), I didn't like that much. But it's a 24hr gym, so my second visit at night was perfect. Signing up was easy. It's clean and spacious. I like it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for two months now and I must say that It’s a really good gym. Staff are very nice and always available to help you if you need assistance. Good amount of space and excellent equipment to work with. I tried other gyms before I subscribed at “The gym” and the content of the gyms doesn’t justify the high membership fees. I’ve also been working with personal trainer Jason for 4 sessions and I am very happy with the results. He’s very professional, very patient and he creates a plan suitable for you and your goals. So If you are looking for a PT I’d highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: It may not have spin classes for some people but don't bother me as I don't go to them. I like the fact it's bright and airy and one whole room. Good quality equipment too, specifically the free weight benches - Very sturdy. So far a good experience.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at expensive high end gyms and other 'The Gyms' and I must say this is the best I've been to so far. Plenty of floor space for body weight exercises, the equipment is well thought out for the varied needs of it's clients. Manager - John is superb and really listens to comments and feedback, addressing issues or queries promptly and even assisting with exercises where need be - I think all the staff are great and it's clear to see that they really want clients to have the best experience possible. I can't see myself going anywhere else, unless I move - or John moves!

Fantastic experience: 24 hour access, clean shower facility, help when asked and your not made to feel stupid. free classes when you have membership, does have busy times

Fantastic experience: 21.6.18 Edit: opens Tuesday 26th June. They have open days sat,sun and Monday precessing the 26th to have a look around. Opening in the next few weeks. Looks really good already and doing a massive saving on membership if you sign up at the moment. I have been to other gyms by this group and they always have the latest nicest equipment. The location of this gym is great with use of the large Sainsbury’s car park behind that gives you 2 hours free parking and for those of you like myself with electric cars around 34 charging points at 7kwh to connect up to all for free. The gym is advertising free WiFi also for members which will be good... saves on the data allowance.
