Fantastic experience: I have been training with Scott for 2 months now and I have never enjoyed exercising so much! I have always found previous gyms quite intimidating but from my very first session Scott put me at ease. He goes above and beyond for his clients, is professional and extremely knowledgable. He makes exercising fun and I would highly recommend SP Athletic to anyone!

Fantastic experience: This gym was recommended to me and it is brilliant. I had never enjoyed exercising previously but can honestly say I have loved my sessions here and look forward to each one! Scott is really knowledgable, professional, kind and will always give you his time and be there to answer any questions. I've learned huge amounts and am grateful to Scott. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Abbie and Scott (owners) are absolutely fantastic. I have PT sessions there because their knowledge and work ethic is great. Not only that, SP Athletic have all the equipment you could need and personalise every workout so you a left feeling like you have worked hard! So convenient to the station and the PT sessions timings are very flexible for your work commitments. Highly recommended, easily best gym in Sutton.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, really nice people working there - always on hand to help and really knowledgeable. There is a great range of classes from dance fitness (like POUND and KONGA) to specialist classes like pole and contortion. It is great that they are kid friendly as well on those occasions when you have no childcare also some of the dance classes welcome kids as well

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with the most polite trainers i have come across. There is a high level of knowledge from the staff, the gym is well stocked with equipment and kept super clean. The range of classes are out of this world. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone xx

Fantastic experience: I have really been struggling with my weight and I have tried a few gyms but could not get to lose my weight and build confidence with my body started at this gym it only took one week to start noticing a difference the people there make you feel so welcome and easy to teach you new things to try and put you on the right track

Abbie and Scott treat every person as an individual, giving the gym a family feel and helping you to meet you personal goals. If you are looking for great quality training and classes, SP athletic is brilliant for it. Love the flexibility of the membership options, I started with individual classes then a class pass and now have a full membership. The classes are tailored to your level to help you build strength, confidence and fitness. Having tracked burning almost 500 calories in the 'kalorie killer' class every Thursday with Scott I am really starting to see a difference! Aerial classes with Abbie are great high quality classes, you train 'both sides' and always feel safe, challenged (accomplished) and fully supported. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, it's really clean, has excellent staff and has lots of brand new equipment. It's really private and the location is perfect too - only 30 seconds walk from Sutton station - it could not be easier
