Fantastic experience: I would recommend Jamie to anybody seeking a personal trainer, whatever their starting point and whether they are simply looking to improve general fitness levels or train for a specific exercise goal.

Fantastic experience: I have always been of slim build and have always found it hard to put on muscle and bulk. Despite my prior knowledge of Sports Science, fitness training principles and general health and wellness, Jamie took the time to review my existing knowledge and then built a bespoke structured diet, exercise and personal training programme for me. He explained everything about what was involved in the personal training programme clearly, allowing me time to ask questions at any given point which is something I like to do! His thorough knowledge of personal training, fitness and health and wellness shone through and, to this day, he is always continually ensuring that I am on course to meet my personal training goals. I noticed results from the personal training within a very short space of time and I am looking forward to continuing meeting my goals. I have a structured diet and exercise personal training programme and lead a healthy lifestyle and this has been a result of using Honour Health and Wellness's services. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone who needs a personal trainer since his professional attitude towards his clients and personal training knowledge is second to none.

Fantastic experience: I trained with Jamie over the last 6 years and have found him an excellent trainer. The studio is nicely equipped and Jamie is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend both the classes and personal training at Honour’s. The instruction is excellent and I’ve seen improvements in strength, mobility and also muscle definition. I was in decent shape when I started training here but Jamie and his team have helped me take it to the next level. Everyone who trains here is lovely and I would highly recommend everything about it!

Fantastic experience: “It’s been a crazy journey and one that is not yet completed in all aspects of life”. Over the past 3 years, I've been dealing with a major knee injury. Initially, I thought nothing of it and carried on with my care free life. All of a sudden I noticed that my mobility was reducing and my general health and fitness had reduced. No shock the weight gain increased, my confidence decreased and guess what..... eating habits went crazy. All of a sudden I was 90kg (14 stone) in weight and thought something had to change. I was fed up of feeling tired, restricted and annoyed with not being able to push myself in the right direction. Everyone kept saying you look great and that I don’t need to worry but personally every time I’d see myself in the mirror, or even pictures of myself, I’d cringe like mad. Feeling sorry for myself was not going to happen anymore. I met up with Jamie about 3 years ago in his then Wood Street studio. I had a 1-2-1 consultation and thought great the hard work is done. I’m not going to lie, my thought process was absolutely wrong. I thought that miracles could happen overnight. “What a shock to the system” is an understatement! Jamie's sessions started off extremely hard and I hated his guts for it! I would think to myself “what is this guy doing to me?!" Naturally, the old Binda started to cancel sessions and would persuade himself that he had more important things to do and that going to the gym had to work around my schedule. After sticking it out and 3 years on, with Jamie’s support on all aspects of heath and fitness, he has made me feel the best I ever have, I’ve never felt so good. Having several minor knee procedures and a knee replacement in July 2018, the journey has been amazing. Jamie adapted my training so that I could still work on my working bones, but also focus on rebuilding my broken ones .... or should I say plastic one! I’m currently at 76.9kg and maintaining it. My strength is increasing daily, on average attending 3 classes a week and 2 personal training sessions a week. Training has now become a priority in my life and I work my schedule around it. Eating habits have completely changed and the positivity levels are high. Thanks for all your support and guidance mate.... still waiting for my loyalty discounts (had to get that one in!)

Fantastic experience: Having been training with Jamie for several years I have lost weight, stopped taking tablets for high blood pressure and dropped two dress sizes. I now train with both Jamie and Jack every week and because I have osteoarthritis the functional mobility training is both essential and enjoyable. You never know what you can do until you try.

Fantastic experience: When I finished university, I left behind a wonderful fitness instructor who helped me to develop and progress in a sustainable manner. Upon returning home I wanted to get back into classes, however I sought an instructor who could push me to my limits, yet was passionate about posture and mobility. Jamie provides just that. I started initially attending TRX and soon became hooked. I upped my classes incorporating Kettlebell and HIIT into my routine before taking on personal training sessions with Jamie. Jamie has enabled me to develop my strength, and it has been amazing to watch my body change in both appearance and ability over the past few years. If you want someone who really knows their stuff, who gives you an honest and open approach to fitness, Jamie is your guy! Long may the training continue! :-)

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Honour Health & Wellness for 3 years and have had many injuries and needed rehab that Jamie helped me with. He is fantastic in working out what is best to strengthen the injuries and get you back on your feet. How he manage to find the things he make you do, I will never know. But it works! He will always try and do the best for you, not the run of the mill stuff that “is supposed to work”. Thanks Jamie, will be back if I start working in Swindon again!

Fantastic experience: 2 year anniversary and 7 stone lighter! Fitter and stronger in mind and body! Thoroughly recommend HH&W ! Jamie is an amazing coach, trainer and mentor and has shown me great support over the last two years and I look forward continuing my journey in becoming stronger and fitter! The gym has a great family feel, the classes are awesome......especially kettlebell... ..my favourite! I have made some great friends who show great support and encouragement to each other. Take the plunge you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: We have been training with Jamie for a couple of years, and it has made a huge difference to our strength, stamina and flexibility. With an increasing emphasis on community and social events, and a link up with nutrition etc he has pretty much all the bases covered. The best investment in yourself you'll make. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: When I first started training with Jamie, my main goal was to lose weight. I’d just had my second child and after two pregnancies I weighed in at over 14 stone. Through training with Jamie and eating healthily, I lost 4 stone over a period of 8 months. Although I have achieved my initial goal, I continue to train regularly with Jamie as I really enjoy the exercise sessions and they help me to maintain my healthy weight and good muscle tone. As well as feeling better in myself, I have noticed a marked effect on my personal life as I can now enjoy spending time being much more active with my children, which I struggled with previously. Jamie makes sure I continue to progress and develops new training plans as my fitness and technique improves. He somehow manages to achieve the perfect balance between being encouraging and challenging, making sure that I make the most out of the training session.
