Fantastic experience: The only reason this place is 5 stars is purely because of Simran, a lovely lady that works at the spa, who had made my first experience so comfortable and relaxing! She was friendly, helpful in answering my questions and very attentive. 10/10 treatment with 10/10 staff. Unfortunately, the health club part was more of a let down- we were told that the saunas were separate for Males and Females initially (as many health clubs and even gym saunas are), however upon arrival we found that the saunas (and jacuzzi) were FILLED with men, one of which was airing out his junk with no care in the world. Unsurprisingly, we left as soon as we came.

Fantastic experience: I live close by, my car hadn't charged overnight so didn't have enough power to get to work. Fortunately they have rapid chargers and turned a major problem into a 20 minute inconvenience as I sat charging. Health club looks decent from outside, the people coming out looked suitably traumatised for 7am

Fantastic experience: I booked a spa afternoon for myself and my partner. We had 2 treatments and felt really pampered. Alison gave me a body scrub and neck, shoulder, back massage and was fabulous! I've never smelt so good or my skin been so smooth. It was so relaxing and thorough, everything was clearly communicated and was just the pick me up we needed. I will definitely be treating myself again soon!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality From the moment you walk in, you are greeted warmly and directed to whereever you need to go. The SPA is lovely, my therapist was amazing and very knowledable regarding skin concerns. Thank you so much for everything today myself and a friend enjoyed ourselves very much and will be returning soon.

Fantastic experience: I love going to Banatynes it has a different vibe to all the other gyms in the area and is much more relaxed and feels a lot more like a club. It has a good range of equipment in the gym, would be nice if there was more however they optimise the space they have well. Massive selection of cardio equipment upstairs and downstairs in the gym. They have various studio rooms which you can use when there isn’t a class on, they come equipped with weights mats and even a punching bag. They run a lot of varied fitness classes and there is a class for everybody from spin classes to yoga. The swimming pool is a good size and as long as you don’t go at peak times you’ll get a lane to yourself. The sauna and steam room are fantastic the sauna has just been renovated and is to a very high standard and the steam room is a good size with plenty of seating. My only recommendation is that you bring sliders to the pool area as the floor can get quite dirty.

Fantastic experience: Great spa day with my girls. Had lovely treatments by friendly professional staff, lovely heated relax area, and pool facilities were great. Had lunch, which was lovely , nice selection on the menu. We spent all day here! Definitely recommend and will visit again for sure.

Fantastic experience: Went for a spa day with my daughter. It was so nice and relaxing. The treatments were amazing and Laura and Olivia are so nice and friendly. They make you feel totally relaxed. I thought I would feel awkward but they are so professional I really didn't think about being half dressed in front of a stranger. My daughter is autistic and they were really good with her too. I'm very impressed and will be going back

Fantastic experience: I had booked a spa day and read some bad reviews about the facilities. We had a lovely day the spa was lovely the staff were lovely we enjoyed the treatments had some food in the restaurant and relaxed in the hot tub! Good value for money! I would advise going through the week if it’s a spa day so it’s not too busy! (We booked a Tuesday) will be booking again!

Fantastic experience: Go most days have a membership. Hoping to renew it. Love the spar n swimming pool area. It is a shame and significant that some people. Ignore important rules. Which are clearly set out so everyone can use the club safely and enjoy their visit

Fantastic experience: I'm not a member but I often purchase one day Guest passes & always feel super chilled after spending a day here. It has a large pool & I also enjoy using the Jacuzzi , steam room & sauna - although the steam room could be warmer. Excellent helpful & friendly team.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym love the pool, its checked regularly sauna and steam room both new. Jacuzzi is good size. And spa is lovely. Best facial I have ever had. Will be booking in soon for my holiday bits too.
