Fantastic experience: Just joined up, was apprehensive as I'm a female gym novice. I thought I might be intimidated by the body builders and expert gym goers. But there's a reason they go here! Everyone is very friendly, there are lots of personal trainer options and on site sports massage. The lady on reception is really friendly and welcoming, she regularly takes time to have a little chat with me and give me encouragement. I feel really welcome and comfortable here and there is lots of equipment, therefore you are never waiting to use anything and all the classes are included in the price too. It really is a great place to be, there are no ego's just great equipment and atmoshphere.

Great classes and great staff, they also provide meals so it’s ideal to go to the gym on a morning and grab one of them for your dinner! 10/10 by me keep up the good work guys!!
