Fantastic experience: A great gym! It's very spacious; across three separate floors. This prevents the usual crowding and limiting of privacy we see with usual open floor plan gyms. There's always spare equipment, particularly during busy periods. The weights spread across both floors with many private spaces for stretches and free weight exercises. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. A nice spacious breakout area, for a quick bite or cool down. There's never any sense of being in somebody's way. The gym machines, are very impressive with TV screens on treadmills. I've seen similar models in Bannatynes, so these are not basic or out-dated machines. Overall, very impressed.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym in Walsall. Members and staff are nice and helpful, equipment are quickly fixed when there's issues and there's lots of space to do your workouts. Covid wise, the staff have took every precaution possible. Cleaners are regular, members clean stuff after they've used it, staff make sure we're keeping distance. I was cautious at first myself, was away since March but have been back 3 weeks now and it's honestly safer than the pubs I'll say that for sure.

Fantastic experience: The gym is a brilliant facility which caters for all abilities. The classes run by the PTs are amazing offering a variety of exercises and routines. Big shout out to Arun and Josh's HIIT and Kyle's Tabata class :) The gym is clean and staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Very good gym. Has great amenities including a massive studio, ample free weights up to 48 KG. They have at least 4 power lifting racks with ample space between them. They have excellent machines including many of the same machine, meaning no need to queue up too often. There is a good range of machines for all areas of the body, including legs, abs, arms, They are unfortunately lacking in a large number of arms machines and there should be more than 2 pairs of weights ranging from 4kg to 16 kg as these are the most often used. The cardio section is very extensive, with plenty of space between the machines, and a stretching area in the cardio space. The sauna is also awesome, and on between 7am to 10pm which is perfect and fair for a 24 hour gym. The staff are friendly, they have made several very important concessions to aid with preventing spread of the pandemic including spray bottles to wipe down, regular disinfecting and hand sanitiser stations throughout the gym. All in all the staff are friendly, cooperative and very generous. I was very thirsty and forgot by bottle and a gentleman at the desk gave me a free bottle. Best gym in Walsall hands down for bodybuilding.
