Fantastic experience: Great gym, great people! Got everything you need for an independent gym, I don’t feel intimidated or out of place at Ascendancy, everyone is super friendly and willing to help if you need anything. Because it’s a small gym, everyone knows your face and it doesn’t feel overwhelming attending if you’re new! Family have now started to join me as they think and feel the same about the place! Oh and B Balanced on site is the jewel in the crown!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Warrington for atmosphere. Everyone in the gym is friendly. Great selection of equipment. It has a studio with punching bags. Its currently being developed to have a cafe in the near future.

The staff there are extremely friendly welcoming and genuine.. the gym has every piece of equipment you will ever need . I have to add i have no connection to the gym just had to give a review because of how they staff was and the gym . I believe in supporting a local gym and business... thanks lads

I also really like the idea of the reward system which is different to other gyms. Would highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym plenty of parking plenty of variety and is suitable for general fitness goers as well as bodybuilders. Good selection of hammer strength machines plenty of plates and loads of space so you're not falling over machines or other people.

Fantastic experience: Good sized gym packed with machines, two racks and a platform. Separate studio too. Rowers, various bikes, treads and a SkiErg Members are all respectful of each other, and actually put weights away There is a small shop that stocks water and energy drinks (white Monster ). There is a small cafe area too but not used it, always smells good though.

Fantastic experience: My favourite place I’ve ever trained by far (and I’ve definitely had my fair share). Very grateful to have this on my doorstep! Selection of equipment is brilliant, as is the volume of free weights available. It’s a great atmosphere both aesthetically and with the people. Being a member here actually makes me want to train more so literally couldn’t fault it!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with great vibes to make training even more enjoyable. PT’s and members are all very friendly and more like a community and they have a very good cafe too. I wouldn’t train anywhere else, (and when I have had to due to working away etc, I have really struggled because there isn’t a gym that compares)

Quality equipment for all your sessions and they are regularly investing in more new and shiny things to aid your training. They're also ace people, encouraging a really friendly atmosphere. The tunes are sweet too, and everything is purple!

Fantastic experience: Was worried about Covid19 and spoke to someone called Jack who not only put my mind at rest but showed me around the gym and all the cleaning stations that were hung around with the amazing facilities. I couldn't think of a piece of equipment that wasn't there. Everyone seems nice and friendly. It's up there with the best gyms i've visited and as someone whos been the length and breadth of the country for work i've seen a few gyms! Well worth a visit :)

Fantastic experience: With the gym's reopening I decided to try a new gym, Ascendancy Fitness. From entrance to exit staff were smiling and chatty making me feel comfortable during these unusual circumstances. The gym equipment offered caters for any type of workout and is brand new! The lighting really tops this gym off, allowing for the best insta pics. Would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: Love this place!! Such a great gym. It has a great friendly atmosphere where anyone is welcome, yet you can whack your headphones in and train in peace if you want to. The gym has all the equipment you’d need for both weight training and cardio including some rare pieces I’ve never seen anywhere before. Clayton who runs it isn’t only super knowledgeable and a great PT but really approachable too, couple that with some great other PT options including boxing bootcamps, yoga and physiotherapy, it really has something for everyone. It’s really good to train with friends as well as a day pass is only £3 plus I’m now an absolute unit thanks to this place! The last bit is a lie, but everything else it true! Highly recommend!
