Remarkably likeable and cheery, he is a pleasure to converse with at the front desk, making any customer new or old feel a warm sense of belonging. Afnaan goes above and beyond to ensure the needs of customers are met, you truly can rest assured that he will find a solution to any issue or uncertainty you present him with. A pleasure to meet and I wish him well in the future.

Fantastic experience: First time using the hub in April 2022. Took my 5 and 10yr old swimming. The small pool was lovely and warm, the main pool not too bad! Changing areas are communal with different sized cubicals for different family sizes. Lockers are £1 with is refunded after use. Parking free. Lovely place to visit.

Fantastic experience: I dont normally leave comments on any experiences but I just called over today with my wife to enquire about membership for myself with swimming being my prime interest...Got to say the gentlemen on reception (Phil Kehoe) was absolutely brilliant he took time to explain everything and still served customers waiting. Once he has another advisor on the desk he gave us tour around the facilities resulting in a 3 consecutive days free trail....took his time with no pressure....so if all goes well I will be applying for a membership. Well done Phil and thank you for your knowledge and time today it was very much appreciated. As a member of staff he is a credit to Livewire organisation.

Positive experience: Nice clean facilities. A huge step up from my local swimming pool (Kingsway, Widnes). Pool is smaller but there seems to still be plenty of room as they are still limiting numbers due to restrictions. Easy to book if booking for 1 person as its all done online. I've knocked off 1 star as we are booking as a family to give the youngest some more pool time and that means having to call to book. Wouldn't be a problem but the phones ring out constantly. Took half an hour of constant redialing to get through last time.

Positive experience: Go swimming at sankey. Great - feels safe. Only problem is booking places. At the moment have to ring to book places but can take a long time to answer

Fantastic experience: Great new addition to live wire Warrington Hobbs Great Sankey is a ride at the top very clean very new equipment is always a great edition staff is super friendly as a disabled sportsman you want to be able to train in a really good environment and be able to use facilities where you can get accessible showers and Great Sankey hub Hayes second to none.

Fantastic experience: From what was the original Great Sankey Leisure centre, this has come on leaps and bounds not just with a new build but a great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Don’t be fooled by the fact that this is run by Warrington Council. The facilities are first class loads of classes an excellent and large gym and coming soon a swimming pool.
