Fantastic experience: The attention to detail, of how to work each muscle group, that Chris gives is a different level. He sets out each session with a specific objective and explains what we are to achieve. It’s tough, but throughly enjoyable. I’ve seen a big difference in body shape and strength in the last 2 years of being at Elevation. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
