Fantastic experience: Great facility. small pool is warm and a good depth for non swimmers. changing stalls are a decent size

Fantastic experience: Just what you need for a little play with the kids or just a swim on your own in the lanes its clean and plenty of changing cubicles. I love it and the kids love it. the gym looks decent aswell I would say more fitness but still a good section for weights im gonna join today after the staff showed me round

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad Wigan life centre offer evening, adult swimming lessons, I've found it quite difficult to find evening lessons in the borough.

Positive experience: Good facilities for the swimming side of things everything is in good working order. However the changing rooms stink of wee every time I go. Suggest more regular bleach cleaning maybe?

Fantastic experience: Great swimming lessons for children. Facilities are really good, Not over crowded classes, lots of different options for times and good teaching. Would highly recommend if you are thinking of taking your child for swimming lessons.

Fantastic experience: Great modern facility, hard to belive the change from the old baths the scale of the engineering that went into the refurb and quality of workmanship is impressive. I don't know if I preferred the large Olympic size pool and the diving boards which where great growing up. Suppose the safety brigade would go nuts now seeing a 12 year old on the High board and I remember belly flopping of the low board and that pain lol.

Fantastic experience: Joined yesterday and was really anxious due to not exercising in a very long time the staff where so welcoming and Andy who did my introduction was so nice made.me feel completely at ease with his cheeky chappy banter. Once I started exercising I realised no one credit what I was doing most of the machines have loads of introactive services like Netflix Facebook TV radio that everyone just forgets there in a public place can't wait get back

Fantastic experience: Loved it. A very relaxed place for me. You just go in, do your business and out. Its not like those highly rated gymnasiums that are loud and busy with people who are keen fitness freak.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Just visited the pool today for the first time and I was very impressed. The staff were so helpful and friendly and my Grandson and I had a lovely afternoon. Everywhere was really clean plenty of lockers and cubicles to choose from. Very pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Often attend the lane swimming at the Life Centre, it's always a great way to exercise. Plenty changing rooms and space available in the pool.

Fantastic experience: Great pool and staff, but two of the lanes been made smaller, hard to have a proper swim if there's a few in lane, and a bit close to other swimmers, better when lanes where bigger

Positive experience: It's a nice place but it doesn't have It's own car park. You need to park on the road where there are some restrictions. It is a pay car park at the back but it's not ideal if you go swimming.

Fantastic experience: Really glad to be back. Friendly and helpful staff. Good social distancing put in place and lots of cleaning going on throughout the sessions. Only criticism is that the weights seem heavier and the treadmill seems faster than before lockdown... I mean, I can't be less fit, right?

Fantastic experience: The gym is good and is never too busy. There's lots of classes on, spin, yoga & Pilates etc. The pool is great for the kids but also has dedicated swimming lanes for adults too. Our kids have lessons in the smaller pool and all the teachers have been great so far.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic services for a fair price cant complain at all. Take my son for swimming lessons every week and he has come on leaps and bounds since starting.

Fantastic experience: Gets you fit and healthy good for clearing your head the sauna steam room are great for mussles and cold challenges in yourself swimming not my big point but i.ll dip when I feel like it

I have been a member for years and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get in shape or stay in shape. Also has great staff who are always very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I am slightly disabled due to a stroke have been coming swimming for few weeks and thanks to the assistance from your helpful staff i am able to get in and out on my own and it is greatly assisting my recovery l will certainly recomend it well done staff and keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: Both me and my partner have signed up for the joint membership. So far we are pleased with the services we have received from the facilities, reception and gym staff. We have received a programme of exercise routine, all loaded on to a handy TGS key that slots into the high tech machines and it sets out the speed, toughness of the exercise and it lets you know when your routine is over and what machine you should next use. I find this great to hit my target for the day how many calories I have burnt. Not to mention free use of pool, sauna and classes run in the centre. I can also use this membership to have access to all the leisure centres linked in to this deal. Convenient fits in with my lifestyle.
