Fantastic experience: Good local gym. Would recommend for anyone local.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I recently visited the Woking Club to play tennis. The reception team, especially Ellie, were fabulous in welcoming us and ensuring we felt orientated. On top of that, great indoor tennis court facilities ensured the trip was thoroughly enjoyable all round.

Fantastic experience: Really happy I signed up to David Lloyd a really nice gym fantastic swimming pool, excellent shower facilities and a great spa. Will be using this club a lot over the coming weeks and months!

Fantastic experience: Excellent atmosphere, uninhibited communications (gross at times), plenty of ears around and marapjon hurdles making it less popular then usual. Loved it! Weird timing!

Fantastic experience: I have come into club for a few workouts with my girlfriend when she is down from uni. Each time I’ve had a great experience here with the gym and it’s cleanliness, facilities and staff. Rachel has been especially helpful with guiding me in club as I have been unfamiliar with it. I know have a great experience every time.

Fantastic experience: David Lloyds is this place for all the family or on your own where you can play tennis ,swim,have a nice breakfast with friends or send some e-mails at the bar area.The place is clean and the staff is friendly.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined and have only had good experiences. Your staff member, Phoebe, was extremely welcoming, informative and professional. She insured I knew about cheaper membership options which were available to me and didn’t apply pressure to me to sign up straight after she gave me the tour as other gym often do. Every time I have been in, which is most days, those on reception always smile and greet me on my way in and out the club if I happen to catch there eye. I was delighted to have met the lovely cleaner in the women’s changing room who has a learning disability. She is highly efficient in keeping the changing areas tidy and clean and I wish I had half her work ethic! I had my first personal training session with Ant, who managed to come up with a great session for me despite my fairly vague institutions and goals. I have also enjoyed an Aqua Zumba class with Veronica who was extremely high energy and made sure to compliment me on my efforts having done my first class. The facilities are lovely and suited to both families, individuals, hard core gym go-ers and the leisurely user. I appreciate the adult only times and areas. I have found it easy to find quiet times to swim and relax in the spa garden after work and at the weekends. However, it is truly the amazing staff that make this club so worth it for me. As a young female I often feel uncomfortable in environment such as these, and not only are the staff lovely but I also have no doubt that if I were to have a concern about another members conduct that they would not hesitate to address it with the upmost care and attention. My only wish is for cheaper guest passes so that I can occasionally share my enjoyment of the facilities with my friends and family!

Positive experience: Great facilities. Nice staff. Never too busy you that you don't want to be there. Wish they would turn the music up a bit as I don't wear headphones but not an issue really! Would give them 5 stars but they can't do an induction due to covid. Hopefully I'll get one soon now its back to normal!

Positive experience: Bit dated but has it's nice parts like the outdoor spa and the very helpful young receptionist who showed us to the changing rooms. Enjoyed our visit as we were in the area but this one clearly needs some investment, an outdoor pool and bigger indoor one would be a start.

Fantastic experience: The staff are lovely, the only thing that needs improvement is please please open doors and windows as we have a pandemic at the moment. It is such a shame that the busy areas such as the children softplay and the restaurant, have beautiful facility to open the doors and windows so we have fresh air for safety - but are often closed in fear that clients will get "cold". Please allow fresh air in everytime possible. AC does not replace this safety measure. One note though and deserves a five star is that the staff ALWAYS open the windows at the pool area at DL Woking. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Club is well presented with a wide array of facilities and equipment to suit all types of members. Very family friendly also with access to a large pool, sauna and even tennis courts. Staff are super friendly and professional. We’ve recommended many friends and family to join up.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely blown away by the DL Membership team yesterday ....... they have a wonderful young lady called Jess who has a specific interest in ASD and a innate natural ability to understand the needs of both children and adults on the spectrum. I would also like to thank Pat for her help and understanding. Today my son and I met with Jess and he signed up to become a member, not a small feat for someone on the Spectrum, but helped by awareness and understanding of his needs. He is looking forward to his induction with Robbie who he has met. Thank you again to everyone at Woking DL for your support, it is very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: By far the best health club in Woking. Great facilities combined with good coaches and personal trainers. Been a member at the club for around 10 years and amazed at the constant upgrades and new equipment coming through. You do pay a premium but at least you know you are getting the best facilities around. Showers and changing room are constantly cleaned.

Fantastic experience: I used to be a member of David Lloyd Brighton (see other review) and wouldn't rate that gym highly at all... BUT, the difference a few miles makes! This gym is the friendliest, most pleasant gym of which I've been a member. The gym space is large, with good equipment; great staff and restaurant to recover, post work out, clean changing rooms etc. It is pricey, but definitely well worth it.
