Fantastic experience: Omg! Amazing! From the moment i walked in, well actually, i called first to see how the 'day use' works, from the moment the lady answered the phone after like literally 1 ring, Val it was, i knew 'yep' this is gonna b fab! Val answered that phone so beautifully it made my week! I used the facility daily whilst visiting Ashford, it was one of the 'best' experiences i have had. I absolutely loved my time in Ashford with my niece n using Bannatyne each morning was a major part of my enjoyment! Val was incredible, professional, friendly, informed, knowlegeable, helpful, fun, i loved her energy n vibe, Mandy was on reception with Val, again, another incredible member of the team, both of them were like the dream team so so so lovely! Then, when i got to the gym, omg David, incredible, manning the forte solamente but always with a smile n a chat if u want it! He was fab! Knowledgeable, active friendly, just low key keeping his eye on everyone to make sure they are safe, i loved it, i could ask about all the machines n he was fab! I lost my comb and mandy, Eric, n the young lady with Eric, tried to help me find it. Incredible, they would have search the surface of tge earth if they could have to help me find it(dont judge, lol, it cost me£25!). They were amazing! I found the comb! My niece put it in Her cosmetic draw! Lol after all that! However team bannatyne thank you for trying to help me find it! Conclusion! Do this people! You wint regret gping there, they are all lovely, changing rooms were nice, gyn was fantastic, 4 skill mills!, pool temp was just comfortable, {please dont make it any colder), The whole faclity is kept spotless, lady behind cafe, lovely, oh and i cant leave out Norbert on reception lovely warm welcome, (sooo handsome i had to look away! Or else he wouldnt have been able to unsee my thoughts!}. Hehe. All in all thank you all for being who u are and doing what u do so beautifully. Patricia Mason

Fantastic experience: Good gym, has lots of cardio machines assisted weight machines and free weights. New items just added: attack bikes, Olympic rack, skiergs.

Fantastic experience: Me and my neice had wowcher voucher gd price got it for, staff very nice friendly helpful, we used all facilities before our massage treatments and used facilities after as well spent 4 hrs here today, very clean cleaners cleaning all time especially pool and changing rooms, defo be going bk and recommend to friends and family

Fantastic experience: Went for a couples massage and we had booked the wake up and spa for 2, this included the full body scrub and back, neck and shoulder massage. We upgraded this to a full body and then when we arrived was told we would be getting that anyway with the scrub so we could have the facial and scalp massage. I've never felt more relaxed and my whole body felt amazing after! My skin was super soft and it was a lovely experience for myself and my partner

Fantastic experience: Just tentatively making my way back to treating myself and can honestly say I have been thrilled with the care and attention to detail - Sophie has gone above and beyond to not only provide first class treatments but also to ensure us as guests are covid safe. So pleased to be back on the swing of spa treats again

Positive experience: We visited again for a spa day and noticed a few updates. The thing that stopped me giving it the full 5 stars is that while you are having a massage you cannot fully relax as you have the constant noise of the gym. Think if they put the relaxation music back in the rooms this could dull the noise of the gym a bit.

Fantastic experience: I went to have a look around this place as my old gym seems to be in no rush to open up. And I looked around and signed up straight away. The pool looked lovely, the gym seemed fine, everything is clean. Claire showed me around, signed me up and was very friendly and straight forward, no pushy sales talk, which would have made me leave. It is missing a few resistance machines that you might get in other gyms, but I can sacrifice this. I've never had issues parking outside and there are food places next to it, which is ideal for hungry people like me. It is not cheap, my old gym was less than half price of this one. But I use this one a lot more and felt at home straight away, so I think it's worth it.

Fantastic experience: Normally I would have rated it 3/5 but as soon as I found out Ollie 'Fat Dick' Nicholls trained there I've got to give it a solid 5. That weird dwarfy looking bloke with the beard (I think it's the manager) was really helpful but I might suggest getting him a box to stand on when he's at the front desk as I could only see the top of his head

Fantastic experience: After visiting Ashford bannatyne Spa last year with my best friend, I couldn't wait to come back with my family and share this experience again. What better occasion than my mums 50th birthday. 6 family members including myself, couldn't wait to get here. Parking was easy and accessible. But quite honestly the staff really added extra sparkle to our day. Sophie on reception was so warm and welcoming we wanted her to come and join our celebrations. Furthermore our therapist where most professional and had us all floating in relaxation from start to finish. We can't wait to come back and make this a more regular day out. Fantastic experience: Bannatyne's kindly extended my voucher, which due to health reasons I couldn't use for a while. When I did have a spa day the staff made sure it was a day to remember, all very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and great facilities. The beauty treatments were great but felt that beautician was a bit pushy afterwards when trying to sell a well known but expensive product which you can get cheaper online even without the £5 off.

Fantastic experience: Welcomed on arrival and sorted out with our "Spa bags" for a small fee, 80% of which is refunded at the end of the day. This contained flip flops, a hand towel and a robe. The towel and robe to be returned at the end of the day, both of which well clean and fresh smelling. Our treatments were pleasantly and professionally provided ensuring they were done as calmly and relaxed as possible. Both girls were great! The facilities were clean and well kept. A recommended and lovely day!

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic spa day. All the staff we came into contact with were so lovely and I feel praise should be given to a few people being Haley who greeted us on arrival and also Louis who served us in the cafe and Dean who was on reception when we were leaving and also to Chelsea and Sophie for the fabulous treatments that we received. We both had a really lovely day at at really great venue so thank you also to everyone who makes this such a lovely place to go to. Fantastic experience: I went with a friend for a massage. I had back neck and shoulder massage. It was superb the massage lady was so professional very kind always asking if everything was ok. We left the place refresh and completely relax. I highly recommend this place. I will definetly go back again.

Fantastic experience: Lovely health club with great facilities. Everything is really clean, the pool is ideal for lane swimming, the gym all right, staff friendly and helpful. They also have a cafe with a decent selection of food (even for vegetarians) and really good coffees. I'd recommend this health club to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I'm not a member but have used the gym and pool a handful of times. And it's great the equipment was modern and plenty of it. The changing and pool facilities are brilliant. The atmosphere is also nice felt welcomed.

Fantastic experience: Great health club, good, well maintained equipment. Spa does need updating (not sure it has hanged since the previous owner ran it). Changing rooms in the process of being updated. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Worth a visit! We really enjoyed SPA treatments - especially that me and my husband been treated in one room, massages were absolutely great! Gym area is really good, new equipment and everyone's cleaning after themselves. Showers are a bit poor as well as pool area, as we never had a chance to use a jacuzzi as it was always full of people. We really loved staying in a steam room. Ah - the afternoon tea - a monent to just enjoy a time with your loved one. And staff was reallllly friendly and helpful. We had a really great Saturday. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Was an amazing experience. Took my mum here for a spa day for her birthday and was absolutely brilliant. A special thanks to Chole and Shelly and a big happy birthday to Shelly who done my mums facial and pedicure. The steam, gym and cafe are perfect. Very comfortable and clean.
