Fantastic experience: One of my favourite places to be. This has been my most consistent driver to improve my physical and mental strength.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love aerial silk with Fremily, very helpful, encouraging and supportive. I started recently with no prior experience even with stretching, my body is stiff! but I can see how much I've improved. It is one of these effective exercises that tones every muscle in your body. If you are contemplating, just come, you won't be the worst in class, that's reserved for me lol
