Fantastic experience: As someone who has tried many gyms, this is by far the most friendly and welcoming. The staff are amazing and helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed. I highly recommend to anyone who has any anxiety about gyms/feels self conscious. Also very cheap which is a massive bonus!

Great facilities, the whole premises is always kept really clean and tidy. Can’t fault the cleanliness nor the staff. Would definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Usually, I don't use fitnes centre, I'm running out, but this place is very good. I started there, because of the winter weather and now I'm more than happy. I'm using an electronic bike - super comfy with 8 different programmes. Yesterday I reach out three mountains tops for a half hour - it was great!

Fantastic experience: This is a great value independent gym, which caters for all clients regardless of where they are on their fitness journey. It has a superb range of resistance training equipment, including fixed machines, cables, free weights/benches and power racks. This means you can almost always complete your workout without waiting for equipment to be available, despite it being a busy gym at peak times. It also has a good selection of cardio equipment and regular classes, all run by friendly staff. Parking is also free and plentiful. Pound for pound, this is one of the best gyms in Worcester in terms of value and quality/range of equipment. They just need to open a branch in Droitwich next! :)

Fantastic experience: After being a member for a over a year there are a few things I have noticed. The equipment only really gets cleaned by members so definitely clean it before and after use. (PRE-Covid 19) Luckily they allways top up the sanitiser and towels . Equipment is maintained very well. They allways seem to be upgradings something each month. The changing rooms are pritty clean same with showers. The Personal trainers are happy to give quick advice and there cost isn't bad. Most people there are pritty nice . Only once had someone approach me and not be friendly but they were delt with and happy with out come. Unfortunately I had to move and cancel the membership. This was difficult as you have to phone up to cancel I can't do via there website but as far as gyms go for £15 a month it was very good.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! Open 24hrs and has parking onsite which is super handy. Staff are friendly and never pushy, and will always do their best to help in any way possible. This gym suits newbies and experienced gym goers with a great range of equipment - cardio, machines and free weights - and a great choice of classes. Incredibly well priced too for an independent, 24hr gym, with all the help and support you could ever need. ❤

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, Staff are really friendly and if you go at the right times you can have the gym to yourself. Only improvement I would recommend is to get a water fountain. Amount of times I have had to turn back because i left my water bottle at home is unreal. Otherwise, my favorite gym I have been to.

Fantastic experience: A gym that says what it does on the tin. 24 Hour cheap and cheerful. Gets really busy has adequate parking and decent level of equipment as well as classes included in the price. Keyless and cardless entry. Can't ask for more at these membership prices.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, 4 squat racks, could do with more non-inclined bench press stations as there's currently only one. Gym isn't dominated by cardio machines which is nice but there's still enough so that you can get a machine. 24 hour access is definitely the best thing about it, along with the lack of a contract so you can cancel any time by cancelling the direct debit. Plenty of parking, never been that busy when I've been there during the week at 9pm-10pm-ish or 9am-11am-ish on weekends. Gets a bit hot as there didn't seem to be air conditioning, especially these past couple of weeks where its been ludicrously hot anyway, but its cheap so I don't mind. Music's a tad loud for my liking, but that can be solved by turning up my own music.
