Optimus is the definition of a well-rounded gym. Cheaply priced, showering facilities, loads of equipment, and a combat area at the back which is great for rolling and sparring. Wouldn't look anywhere else.

I would like to say the best gym around, very accommodating for plenty of needs, I’ve been going for about 9 months and for the first time my brother joined me for a session, and the staff were so welcoming to him and made him feel secure as he has learning difficulties he struggles with change but he said he had the best time and absolutely loved the matte at the back with the punch bag. thank you to all the staff at Optimus.

I joined Optimus Gym after being a long standing member of a big cooperate leisure Centre thinking it was just another little (mans gym) but I was so wrong. It’s a great little gym, the staff are the best, so friendly and informative about all the machine’s, and always happy to help you. The cost is extremely reasonable they have different classes on and DJ set’s a couple of times a week, which really helps with your workout ‍♀️ . I recommend Optimus to everyone I know, so come and check them out, it has members are both men and women of all different ages and we’re like one big family.

They treat customers feel welcomes and friendly, impressive with their equipment. The gym is very clean and provide supplements and whey protein also clean kits. Atmosphere is amazing, highly recommend to people to join this gym for classes or weight either fitness.

Iv been to few gyms in West Sussex but due to relocation I moved the gym group to Optimus. I must say iv never left a 5 star review for anyone but the atmosphere and selection of equipment, staff and mixed martial arts classes I would recommend to anyone . Thank you

Have been going here for just under a year, really well priced gym with lots of equipment and machines to use. Staff are always friendly and approaching whenever you need them. Would highly recommend Optimus.

The best gym I have ever been too. If you really want to push yourself to the max then this is the place for you. The environment is immense and they have some really swanky music to keep you going. The weights are mega and you can push yourself to a level that you want .. non stop. Amazing gym. Definitely worth a visit or joining

Bespoke, safe and guided gym experience with super legends in personal training. Worth visiting for life changing experience.

So much stuff crammed in, could be interesting if it was really busy, but with only 5 or 6 of us, it was a good session, modern with an old school feel, if it wasn't so far, I'd join!

I've been going here since the end of May and I've been going multiple times a week since joining. The membership fee is incredibly reasonable and it's really good value. I cannot fault the facilities - everything you would expect in a gym including many weight machines and a nice bunch of cardio machines. The staff have made me feel incredibly welcome. They have given me advice, all are friendly and encouraging, something I was skeptical about when joining a gym (something I had never done before). All are helpful and they offer personal training services too. There are multiple clubs that take place there like martial arts classes, though I haven't experienced them myself. They offer a really nice range of products in the reception area ranging from drinks to snacks designed to help with a healthy lifestyle. Cannot fault the place nor the staff, would reccomend to anyone. I was worried about people staring at me when I first joined (I'm pretty large) but I've experienced nothing but smiles and encouragement from everybody in there. 10/10, thanks for everything, lads!
