Fantastic experience: Kinda busy with SARMS goblins (16 year olds) in the evenings hogging all the equipment while they talk to each other and don’t actually use the machines. Apart from that, all good. If you wanna avoid them, just come in the morning or after 20:30. Staff is grate, gym is super clean and there are loads of machines you can use.

Fantastic experience: New member to the gym,have been going for a few weeks now and always have been at ease there. Very clean and tidy and everyone is so friendly. The membership is good for the money and offers a lot more. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Wicked gym to use I'm loving it! it's a young crowd in there, there's lots of machines and free weights... it's nice and clean and the showers are kept clean too also they do alot of different classes and there is sunbed aswel! Good selection of drinks and snacks, reasonably priced

Fantastic experience: A brilliant gym, one of the best I've been too and I've tried all the locals. Easy access, open 24/7, and it has everything you need. Really clean inside and aesthetically pleasing. The protein shake vending machine, is a nice touch.

Fantastic experience: Dream Fitness is a fantastic facility with lots of space and a huge variety of equipment, ranging free weights to cardio. I particularly like the open air area near the entrance with the CrossFit/Calisthenics area. This is one of the best gym facilities in the area without doubt!

Fantastic experience: One of best gyms in area. Lots of nice equipment and free weights. Big cardio, stretching and posing areas. Great place for bodybuilding, CrossFit or body tone. You can’t go wrong with that gym. Definitely worth to get a membership. Highly recommend ☝️☝️☝️

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is phenomenal, the staff are very welcoming, but the other members are also really friendly. The gym equipment is organised so that you don't have to run around the whole gym to complete a push, pull workout etc. it's always been clean every time that i have visited the gym.

Fantastic experience: Updated review since the bigger gym opened: Hands down the best and biggest gym in the area, plenty of equipment spread over 2 floors and several rooms, has your basics (squat, bench, deadlift platforms etc) plus loads of isolation machines and a few powerlifting bits (farmers walk) Has private shower/changing rooms too and a sun bed (extra charge) Plenty of cardio machines and rooms for Pilates classes etc (most are included with membership) The gym is open 24/7, peak times can get busy but as it's so big you can normally get on all the equipment you need. Plenty of parking either right outside or about 20 sec walk away No swimming pool or Jacuzzi etc but it's a gym, not a leisure centre.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with amazing trainers/staff who are always super friendly and helpful. Really positive environment for training, with lots of equipment available and you don't feel like you're waiting around to use it. Very reasonable membership pricing as well. Place feels very clean and safe with this horrible virus going around. Can't wait to get training properly again. I 100% recommend Dream Fitness!

Vince is also a great asset to their offering, helping me feel motivated and really maximising my experience everytime. He was recommended to me by George, and I'd recommend anyone looking to join also books a few sessions with him

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym one month ago, could not be happier with it! I got to see the original gym and then enjoy the new venue that they have moved at and honestly it's beyond any expectation! It's huge, they have loads of work out machines in the ground floor, crossfit equipment, etc. Upstairs there are tredmills, rowing machines, everything you need for your cardio, two amazing studios, changing rooms, showers... Best gym I have ever joined!!

Fantastic experience: No other gyms compete with this one... cheap, best equipped, plenty of room, lots of free weights, a very calm atmosphere where you don't feel judged. Staff are always friendly and are always around to answer questions. Please add a vending machine with some protein bars and bottled drinks I'm sure lots of members would appreciate that.

Fantastic experience: Staff couldn't be more helpful, they will happily answer any query and help out with advice. The new site is amazing, they have made such good use of the large space with so much equipment- and more than one of most things, so not often waiting around except at the most peak times. Opening up a Junior membership over the summer holidays has been a great idea! I can't wait to take my secondary age children to the gym to workout alongside me and tire them out so much they forget to argue with each other!

Fantastic experience: Great pay as you go gym, complete and full of knowledgeable staff. Use the gym every time I travel to Bognor for work some times for weeks. Great new location with great very clean changing facilities plus the most complete fitness layouts I've seen in ages.

Fantastic experience: June 2021 update! Comments below all still valid and some! With the move to the new super duper unit on Durban Road, the best gym in bognor just became the best on the South Coast! Really don't know what you are waiting for! Get yourselves down there and check it out for yourselves! Blows all others out of the water! You couldn't find a better gym than Dream Fitness. Costs are extremely low, fantastic facilities, and the trainer's are excellent. Very easy to approach, super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent friendly atmosphere. People of ages, all sizes and abilities. I couldn't recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: nice gym in general, alot of heavy equipment wich is was perfect for me as i mainly do powerlifting and strength training, very good communication through facebook messenger as i was on holiday and needed somewhere to train, would recommend to anyone if your holidaying in Bognor Regis, oh before you go find somewhere to park beforehand.as its on a main street, i parked on double yellow lines round the back lol

Fantastic experience: What a lovely gym! I'm working at Butlin's for a few gigs over Christmas so this suits my needs to have a gym that you are able to pay for one off visits. It was easy to apply online and all the info you need on how to get in with codes was delivered in an email, so also made easy to gain access. Based on several floors with plenty of quality equipment, it has everything you need. At the time I went (around 2pm)it wasn't that busy so I was able to use everything I needed for a workout without having to wait. Marvellous! Very clean in the gym and the changing rooms too, plus the use of showers and lockers (I brought my own padlock). Bright and airy, will definitely use again when I'm here. Wish there was one near me!

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed the gym since I joined last year. Personally I really enjoy all of the classes, especially the new HIIT classes ran by Conor! With the gym being 24 hours it allows me to train whenever I want and allows me get my goals.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. The memberships are good value for money, especially in comparison to other gyms in the Bognor/Chichester area. The appearance, space and range of equipment within the gym is very good and it also has a shake/smoothie bar :)
