Positive experience: Lots of different machines and free weights. Nobody bothers you, you can just enjoy your workout. Always feel great after a session in here. Music is loud and irritating though which is a shame.

Fantastic experience: 5 star experience. I have never seen a gym with so many resistance machines, free weight area is decent as well. Friendly staff+ sauna. Almost empty in the early morning.Very good value for money.

Fantastic experience: Without doubt the best gym in the area, I travel all across the UK and enjoy trying out the local gyms but whenever I can end up within 30 miles of Ryan a d the lads here it's worth the trip, all the free weight and more machines than anywhere else I know, will be back soon

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym Loads of free weights and machines for different body groups. Pleaty of cardio exercise machines from bikes treadmills to stair master with weights being mostly down stairs and cardio up stairs nice friendly atmosphere highly recommended
