Fantastic experience: Great family atmosphere and they actually care about the health of their customers and would advise on how to use the machinery if anyone is doing anything that could cause of injury they are straight over correcting you in a friendly professional mannor. They are clean and hygienic!! I feel motivated and happy that I'm a member of this gym! Also you get a excersise guide and diet plan to follow to help you achieve the goals you set yourself!! Would recommend all my family and friends here!
