Soulfit is a positive and friendly gym that offers something for everyone from competitive bodybuilders or power lifters, to Yogis and people who have only just started their fitness journey.We provide both the chaos and the calm in a facility that fully supports each and every member as an individual. We want members to take as much or as little from our gym as they want. Our offer of ongoing support and one-to-one tuition is there as an option for those who need a little guidance and our facility is fully equipped for those who are comfortable by themselves.
We have an area filled with the latest resistance and cardio training equipment from Primal Strength, Jordan Fitness and Startrac. Over 1700 square foot of Hammer Strength astro turf that is home to our rig, sleds, punch bags and functional training equipment to make any group class a great workout.We also have a dedicated studio for Yoga, meditation and other slow flowing classes with the best eco-friendly mats from Yogi Bare & Ekotex Yoga.
