Fantastic experience: We have been doing family training sessions with Sharon at Witness the Fitness. We struggled to get the kids motivated and active during lockdown, but once we started doing sessions with Sharon the change in them was amazing! The sessions are challenging but fun, working together as a family and pushing ourselves every week to become stronger and fitter. It’s the best quality time we’ve spent together during lockdown!
Fantastic experience: Amazing place to train!! Sharon adapts to every level of fitness, whilst making it fun!! Everybody who goes is so lovely!! Such an inviting atmosphere!! Sharon’s one to ones are also amazing!!! Would highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Such a fabulous Bootcamp, with friendly people & a fantastic Instructor. A no pressure approach so you can work at your own pace, but also pushed & encouraged to achieve those longed for results. I would highly recommend
