Fantastic experience: Jed and Ryan are amazing ✨ they are the heart and soul of the gym , the most friendly bunch , super helpful and professional can’t fault them in any way , I love going to the gym ‍♀️‍♀️ , it has the essentials ‍♀️ ( the equipment could be improved ) but great facilities ( sauna , steam room , pool, large changing rooms etc ) and the other members I’ve come across are supper friendly too well worth it

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place. Small, quiet gym with no posers anywhere. Got just the right equipment you need. Pool is fantastic as is the Jacuzzi. Steam room doesn't smell of menthol like it used to though. Top place.
