Fantastic experience: How can I praise this highly enough? The owners are a delight even when pushing you, oh so nicely, passed where you thought possible. The other members of the Box are mad in a great way. Everyone has a great laugh, helps each other with much motivation and the listen to my appalling jokes. Its one big family and I have made many good friends in the year I have been going there. A must for anyone wanting to get a bit fitter with maximum support as you do it.
