Fantastic experience: Finished a 12 week programme and can’t recommend Clarke fitness enough. my reasons for signing up were to increase fitness, loose some weight and increase health and mostly creating new me time routines. Clarke fitness helped me tick all those boxes and more.good laughs along the way, great range of class times to suit round busy work and home life. I have created new healthy routines I will for sure keep joans am looking forward to returning to Clarke fitness for my next set of goals. Huge Thanks to the whole team!

Fantastic experience: Love coming to Clark’s fitness. Staff very friendly and very supportive. Highly recommended to go for Clark’s fitness because: 1. They provide you the tips and advise 2. Provide food and other nutrition tips And 3. Making sure you can reach your goal.

Fantastic experience: Been to several gyms. Never stayed. Clarkes academy offer group training with info on diets, weight check ups, etc. Also many sessions on offer from early morning to late evening . The instructors, Conor and Pete, are very knowledgeable, and can adapt to ur needs. The six week challenge was what I needed, as a retired rugby player I put on a load of weight, but also lost a lot of muscle. Now go to Clarkes at least three times a week.

Fantastic experience: I took up the Clarke Fitness six week training programme which I have just finished. I can see the difference in my body shape already. They showed me about portion control what types of food are best to eat even put meal ideas and how to cook them. As for the training Connor and Pete were professional in showing me how to do each exercise and pushed me to get best for me. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to lose weight and get fit to try the six week program .

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Clarke Fitness since January 2020. When I first joined I was apprehensive as I knew a lot of very fit and sporty people used the gym and feared I wouldn't fit in and would find the weight training boring. I couldn't have been more wrong. From the very start I was made welcome by all of the fantastic coaches and other members. The structured and goal oriented approach to small group training at Clarke Fitness enables you to achieve results rapidly. Staff and members have great craic and make training enjoyable in a supportive, competitive environment. The nutritional support, back up and encouragement provided is first class. I have lost weight and bodyfat, gained strength and fitness and look and feel much healthier. I wish I'd joined Clarke Fitness years ago.

Fantastic experience: If you've lost motivation, find that you need a kick start to your fitness lifestyle again after lock down or just starting out, the 6 week challenge is perfect for you. Regardless of your fitness levels, Conor and the team will guide you through the process, giving you the tools from mastering the techniques of the exercises to providing expert nutritional advice on calories as well as providing delicious recipes for macro friendly meals. Since starting the programme, my overall my body composition has improved and my stamina and strength levels have had the boost that they needed - I highly recommend Clarke Fitness

Fantastic experience: I have been to several gyms over the years but have never felt as comfortable or as welcome as I have in Clarke Fitness. All of the trainers are professional, passionate and know your abilities and how you should be progressing. They really care about your goals and fitness journey. The facilities are brilliant, always really clean and there's always a bit of craic in the class too. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym and amazing coaches! I have been training with Clarke Fitness for 3.5 years and I love it. I had no strength starting with them and I have progressed so much, lifting weights I never thought I would be fit to lift. The coaches make you feel comfortable and you become part of the family. I highly recommend Clarke's for anyone who wants to build strength and see changes!

Fantastic experience: I attended the 6 week challenge at the start of the year. I hadn't been to a gym in over a year and was very nervous about how I would cope with the exercise but I had no need to worry. The staff were so nice and helpful at showing me how to do the exercises correctly and pushing me to do more. I surprised myself at how much I could actually push myself and at how fit I was beginning to feel. Would definiteky recommend this place as it has kick started me to get into exercise and I actually enjoy the classes

Fantastic experience: I recently completed the 6week challenge offered by Clarke fitness. I could not recommend this gym and Conor Clarke enough. I never expected to achieve as much as I did in such a short time frame. The PT led sessions, the dietary advice and the 24 hour support is second to none. I enrolled in this course because I felt I was at the end of my tether in terms of bad eating, poor motivation and lack of time in my life to get in shape. Conor and the brilliant coaching staff have completely transformed my life in terms of fitness and strength. I had just had my first child, my life was hectic with night feedings and poor sleep. I didn't feel as though I had the time or effort needed to change my life. I had put on a lot of weight and was very unhappy with my appearance. I was buying clothes too big to hide the size of my body. Friends and family knew I had put on excess weight but I was too embarrassed to show just how much. Another Chinese or dominoes didn't matter as I had already done too much damage, I had completely stopped caring.. Then the opportunity arose to enrol in Clarke Fitness. I had my consultation with Conor and I signed up with the thought of having nothing to lose. Within days I was inundated with healthy, tasty recipes, smoothie recipes, shopping lists and most importantly - information and advice, both from the PTs and people like myself just trying to improve themselves. Through accountability for what I was putting into my body and strength and conditioning training (and a great group of Clarke Fitness friends- not to be dismissed) I lost a stone of weight and my clothes were far too big for me. I was happy with how I looked (in 6 weeks!!) Honestly can not recommend this gym enough, and for anyone looking to start, this is the the gym for you, period.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this gym highly enough. These guys put the personal into personal training. Everything is focused around getting the best out of everyone, no matter what their goals are. No other gym has ever come close to getting me the results these guys have, top class. If anyone is reading this and they have never been to a gym before this is the gym for you. No matter what your ability or experience everyone is treated as equal and everyone is so welcoming. There are no posers or ego’s, no one is comparing what weight the next man or woman is or isn't lifting. The coaching is absolutely top class and the programs are top notch. The guys are always on hand making sure everyone’s lifting the appropriate weight for their ability, checking their form and technique and making adjustments to suit individual needs. The attention to detail in everything is second to none including the nutritional support and advice. Fantastic gym and a fantastic place to start your fitness journey!

Fantastic experience: As my work had adopted to working from home during the lockdown, with increased workload and hours, I had gotten out of the way of training and had picked up really bad dietary habits! Seeing the 6 Week Challenge advertised on Facebook, I decided I needed to do something and get back into shape again. The structure and support received from the initial consultation and throughout the entire 6-week program were 2nd to none! Training, coaching, and nutrition guidance was a great help and really added to the great results I achieved. Conor and the team are very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and motivational. The facilities and atmosphere are great, along with very flexible training times to suit around busy work and family commitments. All in all, an excellent setup, facility, and coaching – I would highly recommend Clarke Fitness in general to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I started in Clarke fitness in January, on the 6 week challenge. Going into it I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to lose weight. I was apprehensive that I had the time or energy with a newborn at home however after the first 2 weeks I was hooked. I was getting great results and also enjoying the sessions and my new diet. My energy levels are higher and I’m sleeping better. All of the coaches are great and always available for help or guidance. Definitely the place to go if you want to make a big lifestyle change!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality The staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome! I wouldn't be the most confident in the gym but the staff work with everyone and make sure they reach their full potential! I can't recommend Clarke fitness enough, I am loving every minute of it!

Fantastic experience: Smashed the 6 week body transformation challenge with them. The staff are really friendly and down to earth. They are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. The 06.45 sessions haven't been a chore to get up for - I never thought I'd become a "gym bunny" but I notice a huge difference if I have to miss a session. My motivation, mental health, energy levels and physique have improved dramatically thanks to Conor and Pete's dedication in the 6 week challenge.

Doesn’t even feel like a gym, feels like so much more. Despite maybe not knowing anyone personally you feel like your in one big friend group during the classes! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Clarke fitness to anyone genuinely wanting to make a big change to their fitness, health and mentality! I signed up for the 6 week challenge 5 months after giving birth because of many reasons; my clothes didnt fit, I was struggling emotionally, it was hard to motivate myself to go to the gym, i wanted my pre-pregnancy body back (as best I could anyway) and can honestly say I feel 100%better after the 6 weeks. The nutrition programme has set me up for life I was eating all wrong beforehand and Ive learnt to hold myself accountable not to mention how much stronger I am! Thanks Conor and team!!!

Fantastic experience: I'll keep it simple, I've spent too long faffing about in the gym not getting any kind of result that I was happy with. Too much wasted time. Took the plunge with a 6-week challenge! It works, first off you accept it as a challenge which minds your mindset changes there and then. Very quickly, the Clarke team make it clear that its not just fitness, its nutrition. The online materials really help with this, they break it down for you and take the rocket science out of it. Calories, nutrition awareness and body conditioning. I really got into and enjoyed the healthy eating/cooking. I got a kick out of the sessions, very tough at the start (nearly died on first night) but that walk down the stairs afterwards got a little easier every time! I really liked the discipline of the PT sessions. In and out in an hour knowing that you've had a complete workout (weights, core, HIIT) and that the rest of the evening is yours. Most days I would get my session done and still get home before the wife and kids. Disappointed that I didn't beat the challenge but I got close and exceeded my own goals. I recommend the program, the new look gym and the Clarke team. Top notch! To sum up, efficient, effective and a very worthwhile investment in your health and mindset! One recommendation: water fountain in the gym so that I don't have to interrupt meetings in your office :)

Fantastic experience: Amazing team! Could not recommend highly enough. I started on the 6 week transformation programme and the results I got amazed me. I had been to many different gyms but none like this. The group PT sessions are absolutely brilliant and cater for all abilities the guys really motivate and push you to get the best out of YOU!! Never thought I would ever lift a weight never mind progress into heavier ones and you always have a team member there to help, support and push you. I can honestly say that I actually look forward to going to the sessions and always feel great after. I cannot get over the strength and fitness they have helped me achieve in 6 short weeks and I am looking forward to seeing what further results I know I will achieve with this team. So many positives with joining Clarke Fitness if you are unsure just go for it you won't regret it! Physically emotionally and mentally an all round great place to go with results to go with it.

Fantastic experience: I just completed the 6 week challenge. I went to the gym 3 days per week for 6 weeks and followed the nutritional information provided by Conor. I joined on a whim and was dubious about being fit enough for the sessions but they are done in such a way that they suit all fitness levels. I really enjoyed the sessions, they are taken in small groups so you get lots of support from the trainers who really know their stuff, are very encouraging and patient and good craic with it. I lost 17lb but better than that for me was the improvement in my overall health, I feel so full of energy now and the back pain I had before I started is gone as I've strengthened my core muscles which has made everyday life so much better.

Fantastic experience: Joined Clarke Fitness juts over 6 weeks. I've always doubted my ability and needed direction to push myself. It's been a great 6 weeks and I've learned a lot. The support from the guys at the gym is really great. If I think I can't do something they encourage me to try or give advice on improving my technique. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking of giving it a go!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Clarke Fitness! I live in New York, but was home for a week and asked could I come in a few times as it seemed to be the closest thing I could find in the area resembling a CrossFit gym. I ended up going every day I was home because the classes were so brilliant! Conor and the team could not have been more welcoming, and I loved the banter before, after and during the class - the Americans just do not have the same sense of humor!! The classes really push you to the limit, and every day focuses of different parts of the body and exercises. The movements and sequences are really diverse, and the range of equipment is excellent. Next time I am home for a few days, I will definitely be calling back in again to take the classes! Anyone in the Armagh area should check it out, it will benefit you so much both physically and mentally, as Conor and the crew have truly built a wonderful wee community! Fantastic experience: Just finished the 6week challenge. Over the last year I found energy levels were low, my weight was spiralling out of control and my mood was at an all time low. By Christmas I realised I no longer socialised, my dress sense wasn’t representative of me, my enthusiasm for life was depleting. I made excuses not to meet up with friends and family (I was embarrassed of me). Could not get to sleep at night with the anxiety off opening the wardrobe in the morning to see nothing that fitted me bar a baggie jumper and jeans. Something needed to change, as I have a young son who needs me and my work concentrates on helping vulnerable people find a better way of working through various issues. I needed to take responsibility!!! I have previous experience with Clarke Fitness and knew if anyone could help they could so I bit the bullet and signed up. Best move ever. At the start it was hard but still enjoyable. I attended 3 sessions a week at 6am and honestly it set me up for the day. The online support, group support and nutritional support helped me see the end goal and a truer version of myself. Not only has my eating habits changed but so has the rest of my family. We are all seeing the benefits. I have dropped over a dress size, have a passion for life and the wardrobe doesn’t scare me anymore. I don’t feel like a fraud when facilitating others to wellness as I’m now practicing what I preach. The sessions work for all abilities and sizes and the coaching is like no other, they really care . I thought 6 weeks would do me but I not giving up on this self care anytime soon so I’ll be back at the gym on Monday at 6am. If you want to change only you can do it so get signed up I guarantee you won’t regret it ????????????

Fantastic experience: My wife recently completed the 6 week challenge, she enjoyed it immensely! She is a busy mum of three young kids and works full time yet she managed three days a week in Clarke Fitness they had loads of availability around her hectic schedule and the coaching was excellent, lots of online information and help when ever she needed it! Fantastic experience: Just finished the 6 week challenge and the results speak for themselves. The weight I've dropped and my fitness levels are great. Could'nt have done it without these guys. The help and support they give is great everything from getting your form right when lifting weights to your nutrition. Great place to workout. They want you to achieve your goals as much as you do. Fantastic experience: Clarke Fitess offer a higher range of different types of training programmes. I done the 6 week challenge and loved it. Gym sessions 3 times a week. And did my best to keep a clean diet using macros throughout. The gym sessions included weight training, cardio, circuits. I’ve never really done training in the gym before and I loved it from my very first session. All the pt’s are great at making you at ease and pushing you to do the best you can. It has definitely made me realise that going to the gym can be both rewarding and fun and I hope to keep up with my gym training. My goal from the 6 week programme was to get fitter, healthier and overall tone my body and I did exactly that all thanks to Conor and the team!!

Fantastic experience: This gym isnt like other gyms I've used. Theres no egos and posers just a blend of like minded people who are all helped and encouraged to achieve whatever individual goal they have. Whether you are a complete novice or a regular gym goer you are made feel welcome both by other gym users and the coaches. Take on the six week challenge or arrange PT sessions I guarantee you'll get results!

Fantastic experience: Took the leap and joined clarke fitness after numerous recommendations and seeing results from friends who attend regularly, I personally hadn’t really done much in the past regards exercise, so I was a little apprehensive to say the least but this feeling soon faded after the first class. The atmosphere in the gym is brilliant and you really do feel everyone is willing you on towards your goal. Classes are kept quite small so doesn't feel overcrowded which gives the trainers more time to focus on your technique and get the best out of you. From somebody who practically never exercised I can honestly say that it’s changed me for the better both body and mind. Clarke fitness is definitely a fantastic gym and I would highly recommend it to anyone. *****

Fantastic experience: Iv just finished my 6 week program with these guys and it was fab! I did dread the first day but once in the gym everyone was so friendly, and Iv got to meet some really lovely other gym members I have thoroughly enjoyed every workout with each day ending with something different! I am very pleased with my results and I have chosen to continue my fitness journey with Clarke Fitness! I would highly recommend not only this programme but also the gym in general Thanks everyone can’t wait for the next step!

Fantastic experience: I have just finished a 6 week course in Clarke Fitness and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I have gotten into a rut and this last 6 week's was exactly what I needed to snap me out of it. I've lost weight, I've lost body fat, I've lost inches, but more importantly I've built muscle, grown more confident, feel stronger, feel fresher, sleep better and have found some much needed 'me time'. Life is busy with work and a toddler but I can't stress the benefits I've found of finding room to spend some time on myself, taking control of my diet and getting stronger every week. The guys in the gym are so supportive and are there to help you get the best out of each session and keep you on track when away from the gym. Looking forward to setting (and hopefully hitting) my new targets for the next 6 weeks!

Fantastic experience: I signed up to the 6 week challenge without really knowing anything about gyms or how the challenge would work. It’s fair to say I had a degree of anxiety about the whole thing.. I needn’t have worried. Conor and the guys at Clarke Fitness made me feel welcome from the minute I walked through the door. They’ve been incredibly supportive through the whole process. The nutrition plan is superb, easy to follow and most importantly it’s tasty! The sessions are tailored to your abilities and your goals and there’s a really friendly and genuine atmosphere within the gym itself. Honestly I can’t recommend Clarke Fitness enough, they’re consummate professionals, with a real passion for your health and I can guarantee you won’t regret signing up, I know I don’t! Better than that.. these guys get results!

Fantastic experience: Just completed the 6 week challenge at the gym. I always struggled to get results doing my personal diet and exercise routine and hated the sight of the gym but since I started the challenge Conor and the rest of the team made me feel welcome the minute I walked through the door. Conor and the team were always on hand to provide excellent nutrition advice with the help of cookbooks,recipe books etc. Everything was tailored to the needs of the individual and they were always there to push you in the sessions to achieve the results.

Fantastic experience: Just finished the 6 week challenge with amazing results. For me this was a great incentive to get back into training. The classes were tough but enjoyable. They have a range of different times which suited me especially as I work shifts. The coaches really do get you motivated and are very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I had been looking for somewhere to get back to training and get myself into shape but also needed top quality guidance on nutrition because I didn't want to fall back into the same pattern of losing weight and then putting it back on. I met with Conor and joined one of his 6 week transformation programs, the team are great and leave no stone unturned from training to nutrition to accountability, even with an injury they were able to work around it and keep me training. They are amazing and undoubtedly set me up with the right attitude to continue in the right direction!

Fantastic experience: I’ve struggled in the past to find a gym that suited me but Clarke fitness worked for me from the get go. You are made feel so welcome and part of the team as soon as you go in. You are getting the highest standard of training with both Conor and Peter and I’m always made feel that I can trust them in any exercise I do as well as pushing me further. I completed the 6 week challenge recently with great results, losing 10lbs and you are given great guidance and nutrition advice the whole way through. And the craic isn’t too bad either! 5 star all the way! Thank you, dudes!

Fantastic experience: I did the 6 week challenge, working primarily with 3 of the coaches as part of a group. The group were of mixed experience, gender, age and fitness. The coaches ensured everyone could perform the exercises safely, constantly giving pointers, and even tweaking the technique of more experienced lifters. Added to this was the nutritional information and guidance which made the real difference. After 6 weeks I'm much leaner, fitter and stronger

Conor and the guys give so much encouragement and the gym has a very friendly atmosphere which helps to make you feel relaxed and get involved with the training also the nutrition advice makes it so much easier to plan you food for best results. Fantastic experience: Clarke Fitness is a superb gym with fantastic knowledgeable coaches who will cater to your every health and fitness needs. I recently completed the Amazing 12 Transformation programme and could not highly recommend it enough. This programme consisted of a dedicated weight and cardio programme that was further complemented with a 3 phase nutrition plan to ensure I met my overall goal of being the strongest and leanest I have ever been. The highly knowledgeable and friendly coaches provide much needed support throughout all my training sessions and ensure that I am completing all training sessions to the best of my ability. Do not hesitate to contact Clarke Fitness if you are looking to start your health & fitness journey you will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: I joined Clarke Fitness in November 2015 not quite sure what my aim was but knowing I needed to exercise more. Over the years (many!!) I have been a member of at least ten (10) different gyms across three different countries and I can honestly say / write that this is the gym, more than any of the others, that has kept me coming back for (and sometimes, even looking forward to!!) more. I started their strength and conditioning program attending the early morning classes two days a week under the excellent tutor-ledge of Pete McGill. Due to work / kid restraints I can only get to two, sometimes 3 classes a week but would enjoy doing more if I could. The place has a friendly atmosphere and I have made new "gym" friends, some from the Christmas party (surprisingly only an annual event!!) which was a belter (all gym attendees drank water and ate salad!). In summary, I am stronger, fitter, healthier, more flexible, balder (not the gym's fault) and happier within myself and that is due to the fact that attending Clarke Fitness has encouraged me to keep coming back and exceeding my goals. Fantastic experience: I joined Clarke Fitness over a year ago after losing interest in playing team sports. I attend the SSC classes twice a week and have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge it gives me every session. Staff are always at hand and tailor workouts to suit individual needs, they create a very relaxed atmosphere and they always a welcome smile. Fully recommend this facility to anyone looking a change from their normal workouts.

Fantastic experience: Second round of R30 and l have to say it's been a fantastic experience! Lads have ensured my technique is correct to ensure no injuries and week on week I have been feeling stronger. Great atmosphere in the gym, everyone is very helpful and the Craic is good. Couldn't recommend Clarke Fitness highly enough, make sure and give it a try.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Clarke Fitness since it opened and its been a pleasure to watch it develop into the fantastic training facility it is today. A performance centre fit for all age groups, sports and levels of expertise. On any given time you will find a range of members, whether it be the newly started casual gym member, the bootcampers trying to stay in shape or the high level sports team aiming to bring their performance to the next level. The trainers treat everyone with the same respect and go out of their way to ensure all members have a fantastoc experience every time they go through the doors.

Fantastic experience: When i started with Clarke Fitness i was overweight and lethargic, i was also playing a team sport at that time and could not perform anywhere near the required level, 12 months later and i can safely say i have reached that required level and have went beyond it, to the point i have actually won a championship in my sport. I am living proof that the staff at Clarke Fitness can help you accomplish any goal that you may have whether its just looking to lose weight or indeed raise your performances at sport to a higher level. I cant recommend this gym highly enough. 5 Stars.
