Fantastic experience: I didn’t know this wee gem of a place existed but now that I found it I will be back, very tasty food, safe secure parking for your motorcycle and friendly staff who just bring a nice smile to your day. Hi I am part of a motorcycle group called Biking Adventures and routes Northern Ireland or BARNI for short and we love to get out and discover hidden gems across this island of Ireland. Come along and enjoy out 40 shades of green where it has nothing to do with flags but the colours of the countryside. History by the bucketful, Castle’s that go back centuries and here for all to enjoy Roads that will give you smiles and memories that will last a lifetime. Positive experience: The pool is absolutely freezing - pretty sure a dip in the Arctic would be warmer! Reception staff also need to learn that smiling and being pleasant is in fact allowed. The lifeguards however were lovely.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, non judgmental staff. Centre is a little dated by getting refurbished bit by bit. Lovely spa area next to the gym with plenty of equipment.

Fantastic experience: Great sports centre. Pool looks good for its new decor with two good posters showing Joey Dunlop. (Water was rather cool though) other facilities and sporting session and a good gym,. Sauna and jacuzi.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities, gym, health suite, classes e.g. yoga, spin, Zumba etc. Good access to swimming pool even when schools are in, unfortunately both pools are close at present until approximately Christmas 2019 for structural work on the roof.

Fantastic experience: The gym is excellent and unique I love the fact that you use a smart card that holds all your details, and you can set a personal schedule with input from qualified staff that are very willing to give valuable advice on how to start your new fitness program. You will shouldn't get board while getting into shape as you have your very own personal T.V which are embedded into each gym piece that can only be activated when you insert your smart card into what ever piece of gym equipment you happen to be using. When using each piece of equipment through your smart card it tracks all your physical movements counting up your calorie s that you've burned through physical exercise.
