Fantastic experience: As a woman walking in for your first class, it's easy to find some MMA gyms intimidating, SX is a friendly gym with plenty of beginner and experienced students. Whatever your experience level, their instructors are knowledgeable and make techniques easy to understand. The timetable offers a good mix of martial arts from BJJ through to boxing, everything under one roof. PAYG membership available but monthly memberships cover unlimited classes all the way through to one class a week - casual training. Those committed enough have the ability to compete in tournaments and MMA fights.

Fantastic experience: Expert martial arts coaching but in a friendly and welcoming environment. Offers MMA training as well as wrestling and Brazilian Brazilian jiu jitsu. Worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: I started my martial arts off here and I knew nothing when I started now I have loads off self defence in my arsenal . And have learnt a lot in MMA Brazilian juijitsu and Submision wrestling it's a good friendly place to train with a coach full off knowledge

Fantastic experience: I don't know what club Gritty gritz is talking about because the instructors at SX mma are 1st class and the team welcome anyone who just wants to train and as for the colour issue, I don't think he's seen the team.
