Experienced personal trainer based in Edinburgh. I can help you build confidence in the gym, lift weights using correct technique & build a kickass body.

I’m a personal trainer based in Edinburgh and when I don’t coach, I spend my time taping balloons to my study skeleton, called Ozzy. This allows me to observe the direction of our muscle fibers, see what they do, when I move the joint(s) that muscle crosses. Here’s a little demo ????

Yes, anatomically we’re all slightly different and these small differences will often dictate the discrepancy in results between you and the next person. The solution is to choose the exercises suited TO you and tweak the rest to work FOR you. 

So I’d go full on into a muscle building program, stop half way, because I’d perceive myself getting ‘too big’, abandon it and do a complete 360 into a weightloss program. 

Inevitably, I developed poor eating habits and a broken relationship with food.  Enough to say this wouldn’t take me anywhere and would leave me always unsatisfied with my own results. 

I never stopped looking! Now, 6 yrs later I’m in a circle of some of the most prominent coaches and fitness experts in the country, that I can call my friends and peers! So if I don’t know the answer to any issues you’re having, I’ve got a strong network who has got our back!  

I’d tell my younger self to eat at consistent times, not replace meals with sugar, hire a knowledgeable coach to teach me how to train and guide me through my doubts and insecurities.

I’ve worked on my self relentlessly to improve the above, I read, journaled, researched, tried and failed, until I developed a strategy that works. But don’t take my word for it. Check out what my clients have got to say.

I’m also a bit of an anatomy and physics geek. Not a usual thing you’d hear a trainer say. But exercise is forces acting upon a human body or physics acting on anatomy. So I must know how that works if I’m to help you in any meaningful and most importantly safe way.

Fantastic experience: My friend recommended Victoria via groupon. I wasnt going to take her up on the offer but I am really happy I did. I have learnt great workout techniques and additional exercises from Victoria, as well as more confidence in the gym and my abilities to life heavier and nit be quite so scared of being in a gym. I have enjoyed Victorias classes so much that I have signed up to continue training and learning.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Victoria. The sessions I had were very informative, fun and I genuinely learned more on how to lift with better form to get a better workout without causing myself injury. Victoria definitely knows what she's talking about and the PT sessions are awesome, as well as any helpful tips/guides to follow outside the gym. I have already recommended Victoria to friends/family and will continue to do so!
