Smash The Fat Fitness & Fat Loss Boot Camp Cardiff

Fantastic experience: This boot camp is amazing, it is the only fitness club that I have stuck to. Sian is really lovely and encourages everyone to push themselves. Each class is different so keeps it interesting. Seeing real results which keeps me going back. Sian also offers advice on healthy eating which has helped me orgainse my weekly shopping for the whole family. Never thought I would enjoy keeping fit and healthy as much as this. Everyone needs to give it a try you wont be sorry.

Fantastic experience: Smash the Fat is the most amazing club, Great coach with different workouts every time. Sian make the task of excersing fun and this is the first time that I have ever continued a class. Most of the members have been here since Sian started in September 2012. I have lost loads of weight and feel so much healthier thanks to Sian as she encourages a healthier diet which is very easy to include in every day life, no faddy regimes like some weight loss companies. Sian will give easy to follow recipe ideas and make you think more sensibly about what you eat. Give it a try you wont be disappointed x
