Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for about 6 or 7 years. The atmosphere is lovely, very welcoming. More importantly when I started I had a problem with my bone density, for which I took medication. After a few years and after a few more dexa scans my bone density had improved so much I could come off the medication. Come and join us ladies you wont regret it!!!

Fantastic experience: Really great place to get fitter...staff are very welcoming and supportive. No mirrors and no competitve fab bodies clad in designer lycra...thank god. Just a really sensible and accessible gym. I feel fitter mentally as well as physically going 3 times a week. My sweat drips with pride and the glow of getting out there and doing something positive that fits into my busy life...brilliant!

My favourite place to be, so many amazing ladies & such a friendly positive atmosphere, none of the awkwardness that I found I got at any other gym in Chepstow, Always have such an amazing time and a brilliant workout! I have been coming here for a year now with my nan and we are both able to keep at different paces that work for us with tailored workouts from the fabulous coaches! Would 100% recommend to anyone who fancies a workout & a good time!
