I have loved my Pilates (especially during lockdown)! The very fact that you have to log on at a specific time on a specific day brings back some structure into this new haphazard lifestyle. Please, please may we have more Pilates on the Ball?? It works your body, your mind, your balance and your co-ordination and it is fun!!

Very friendly, max 8 in classes. Great team. Flexable online booking. Certainly helped me gain mobility. l was so stiff with restricted movement when l joined the classes. Feel like l've had a rebuild with WD40 in my joints???? Why not give it a whirl????

I’ve been coming to these classes for 7 years, they are by far the best I’ve ever been to. The studio is very well equipped and has a lovely calming atmosphere. Ceris, Jen and Sam are all very knowledgeable and professional instructors.

Lovely small classes run by caring skilled teachers who have an abundance of patience ( and believe me they need it with me !) Would highly recommend for beginners or those with experience. Classes are small (max 8) so great individual instruction is given where needed. Weekly class themes rotate so are always interesting different and challenging. The Pilates classes have improved my mobility and I can’t believe what a difference one 45 minute class a week does for me. Thanks Ceris !

Best decision I made to start Pilates. Great instructor, very approachable and inclusive of all abilities. I started going as part of my post-natal care to improve strength, and to stretch out all those achy muscles from carrying young children...... also great for stress management!!!
