Personal Training consists of one on one coaching from a certified Personal Trainer. Your trainer teaches, motivates, and gets you to work consistently whilst following a detailed fitness plan which the trainer develops for you, based on you and your goals. Personal training is the most effective method of achieving your health, fitness, and/or weight loss goals. It utilises the most effective exercise strategies whilst keeping you continuously progressing.

Weight loss and fat loss are two very different things. Many weight loss diets or personal trainers will have you eating minimal amounts of food to reduce your calorie intake for the day. This makes you hungry, irritable, stressed and you could lose muscle mass whilst reducing your recovery rate and weight loss. We realise here at Simply Fit that maintaining a healthy lifestyle each day can be difficult due to the many things life throws our way and we want to change that so you can feel great about yourself.

I began playing sports and lifting weights at school and was immediately hooked, since then health and fitness has been a passion of mine. From that moment onwards it was a big part of my life. I competed for my school representing them in track and field events around the country, played for football teams around Ulster and competed to a high standard in motocross events in the UK and Ireland.

My hobbies include training in the gym, riding my motorcycle, attending motorsport events, going to the cinema as well as socialising and dining out with friends and family. I also enjoy experiencing the great outdoors and what it has to offer. I have a keen interest in a lot of different sporting disciplines and enjoy researching training and nutritional theories relating to them.
