Functional Fitness Dundee

Fantastic experience: Started having done little gym work in the beginners classes and within 4 weeks felt fitter and went straight into normal classes. Mixed abilities in all classes and very supportive members and coaches alike. Never once have I felt stuck regarding what I should be doing. Format changes everytime I go so never feel bored (like going to gym yourself - 20minutes of this, 20minutes of that - you just never keep that up). The coaches there remember where you at and give you pointers to how you should improve. If your technique needs work they let you know and ensure your doing things safely. I have been attending 3 times a week now for around 6 months. I still have things to improve and look forward too. There are guys who have been doing it for twice that time and they still have things to improve and learn. Before joining a unsupervised, tied in contract gym I would say give this one a try!!

FFD will love you right up til your first competition or until you get that first box jump! The community is second to none. I know, I’m talking about a gym ... can you believe it? Give it a try y’all. You will love CrossFit but more, you will love what CrossFit gives to you—all the feels and I mean ALL the feels as you make new mates and watch yourself do what you never thought you could do!! Just walk into FFD, it’s good medicine.
