Fantastic experience: Had a right wee chuckle to myself reading the 1 star reviews on here, lol! Particular highlight was someone saying that £20 was too expensive for membership. Some people live on another planet. Would love to have seen Fiona's reaction to being referred to as an "old blonde woman"(!) Aaaaaanyway, comparing Iconic with Pure Gym and the likes is like comparing apples and pears! A small independent gym is never going to have the same offering as a national chain of clubs and for me that is part of the draw to Iconic Fitness. I have been a member at Pure, Exercise4Less, David Lloyd, etc etc over the years but Iconic really is different. I'm new to the Paisley area so for me it was great to meet people and I really enjoy the social aspect of being at a smaller more tight-knit gym. Tight-knit, but not in the least bit cliquey! I think Fiona and the team are fantastic and do a really great job - always on hand to help and the book of workouts and running routes are reception is great to give some inspiration. Also, fantastic value for money! It's impossible to be all things to all men so a few negative reviews are inevitable but if you're looking for a decent gym, run by good people, and frequented by a friendly bunch then I'd definitely recommend giving Iconic a go. And you'd be supporting a local business as well #paisleyfirst ;) x

A welcoming environment. A pleasure to train in this facility. Equipment suits my needs and I am able to operate in a safe environment with covid-19 protocols at the forefront, which is of great importance during current pandemic. Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I have really enjoyed being a member at Iconic Gym. Fiona is so encouraging and goes out of her way to get to know you and offer advice and motivation when it's really needed. The other trainers and staff I have met are friendly and helpful also and the atmosphere in the gym is relaxed .

Fantastic experience: I moved to Paisley a year ago and joined this gym not long after the first lockdown. It’s a small gym but really well equipped, always spotlessly clean and there’s such a fantastic friendly culture to the place. I’ve also been doing PT with Fiona who is such a laugh and has really pushed me to get in the best shape I’ve been in years. I’ve recently had a few days off due to illness and am honestly just itching to get back for a workout and to see all the friendly faces. Would recommend highly to others.

Fantastic experience: I started attending Iconic Fitness after the end of the first lock down - I moved to this gym from Pure Gym. Iconic has a small, friendly atmosphere - something i feel is missing from larger gyms. The staff are very friendly and the members are lovely. The Gym is also VERY clean. Something i can't say about some larger gyms I've trained at. I love the mix of equipment - some great lifting equipment, functional training equipment and it turns out i'm a fan of spin bikes! Never tried them until I went to iconic! I've had a few PT sessions with Fiona and love the run club at Iconic. I can't recommend this gym enough.

Fantastic experience: This gym is so friendly and feels like a little community - everyone is so supportive of each other and there's a really good social vibe. The staff are all extremely helpful and Fiona has worked incredibly hard to make sure the gym is clean and safe under covid restrictions. There is also a good range of quality equipment and a wide variety of classes.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic, friendly and independently owned gym right in the centre of town. The facilities are excellent, great range of equipment that is well maintained and an exceptionally clean environment - adheres to all current, strict Covid-19 rules so it's a very safe place to work out. The staff are all very friendly, supportive and enthusiastic no matter what your level of fitness is. All in all a great, local gym.

Excellent support - whether it's dedicated personal trainers like owner, Fiona, or simply a member of staff who is happy to help and guide. Fantastic experience: Iconic is a wee gem of a gym. I left another well known gym to join Iconic 4 weeks ago and haven't looked back. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful during classes and not once have I felt like they're trying to sell me PT sessions. They are helping me make the most of the membership I've signed up for, and so far its going great! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It is no exaggeration to say that I have never been into going to the gym or exercise in general but after joining iconic I’m now doing yoga, boxing, spin classes, running - , the list goes on. Fantastic experience: Great gym with all the equipment you would want in a gym. What I mostly appreciate is the space; it's not overcrowded and there's a real family feel to it. There's a great variety of classes as well, all on different levels to suit anyones fitness level. If your looking for a gym where you can train without having to wait on machines etc to be available and where having fun is key, this is the place!

Fantastic experience: Iconic Fitness has been completely transformational for me. Having never had an interest in fitness and only undertaking exercise previously due to necessity, I can honestly say that Fiona and the team at Iconic have really made me love it! I hate to miss a session now - be it one of the variety of classes, Run Club with Elaine and James, or my PT sessions with Fiona. Having never ran in my life, Iconic and the trainers have ensured that I have completed my first half marathon - with another two to follow this year, as well as a marathon. Something which I could never have done without them. Iconic Fitness is truly a community, and one I am proud to be part of.

Fantastic experience: When it comes to fitness, Fiona and her team are the best and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my goals. I have trained with Fiona since 2012 on and off. She has been the only trainer that has helped me achieve long term weightloss and fitness.

Fantastic experience: great gym for community spirit. Not been a member long but they have welcomed me and supported me with my health issues! The autism sessions are fantastic and have helped my daughter in many ways too. Fantastic experience: I like attending Iconic gym as everyone makes you feel very welcome and everyone is very supportive. Harry's classes are my favourite as he makes exercise fun and you don't realise how much hard work you are putting in until it hurts the next day.

The coaches & other gym users are fabulous and the mix of classes keeps it interesting! I feel part of a family and truly supported. Fantastic experience: I have tried a number of gyms over the past few years and as a very unfit and slightly overweight woman i found them very intimidating ands never managed to stick to more than one visit... until I found Iconic gym, the staff is incredibly welcoming, the gym is well looked after and o was made feel very comfortable from day one. I have now been going to the gym for over two months and have started to loose weigh and made key changes on my lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: I started with iconic in November last year although it’s a short time I am already on my way to achieving my goals. I’ve never experienced a gym like this one before the staff are amazing, the members are great it’s like one big team that keeps you motivated. Most gyms you are treated like a number but this one it is you as an individual. I have received great tips and advice along the way which has helped my confidence levels as well as fitness. Fantastic experience: Great wee gym. It's small, but has everything you really need. It's never busy to the point where you're waiting to use equipment and the operating hours are good enough where you can get a workout in before or after work. Staff are really friendly and welcoming, and it feels like a community. It has that old school, personal touch that most big, commercial gyms in the area lack.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym and facilities are excellent with good changing rooms. Equipment is superb and the best I’ve experienced in Renfrewshire. Staff are extremely helpful and members are a great friendly bunch. With a great central location it’s perfect for all my fitness needs.

Fantastic experience: This place is more than just a gym . It's a community and a place to get fit physically and mentally. The trainers are first class and put everything into their workouts. When I first came to iconic I couldn't run the length of myself and now i'm proud to call myself a marathon runner.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous gym. I had been following iconic’s Facebook posts and found myself being encouraged to go to a 6.30am class. After spending ages saying I didn’t have time for a class it turns out 6.30 is a perfect time for me. The classes are brilliant. The owner, Fiona, is really friendly, she knows all her customers personally and is very supportive and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Following an injury early in the year I was devastated at being told that I would need to avoid the gym for the foreseeable future, and now I have just finished a training session with Fiona. Fantastic experience: This is the first gym where I have seen real results. It is not intimidating and you feel part of a real community where staff and members encourage and support. My daughter talked me into going and now I would recommend it to anyone. The staff take the time to get to know what your goals are and if you are not sure they help you set goals. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Iconic Fitness for a few weeks for yoga classes and have always been impressed by the atmosphere and friendly staff and members. I've joined now and have been to a couple of early morning boxercise classes which have been terrific. I can't wait to try more classes and also to use the other facilities in the gym. Fiona knows everyone and seems to have an appreciation of individual levels and needs . Though I've only been a member for a week or so I have never previously felt so welcome or encouraged in a gym. I think this gym will suit most requirements. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing place iconic fitness is. Fiona, Andrew, James and all the team have created a small community of all backgrounds where everybody feels welcome. The gym is small but there is never any problem with using equipment due to it being busy. Some of the best muscle building machines around can be found here!! There's always classes on delivered by top PTs and there's something for everyone! Go check it out

Fantastic experience: Having been a member of iconic fitness for a few years it has been a pleasure to see how fiona has grown her business and fitness community. From seeing the lawn street premises the day that fiona got the keys and the progress she has made so far the improvements have been massive - and the vision that fiona has for the gym is something special. Fiona hasn’t only invested heavily in the gym but on a personal level she is one of the kindest and most honest people you could meet.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly gym, quite small but that’s what’s good about it as it’s quiet and non intimidating. I have started working with Brian Shea as my PT here and it’s perfect .

Fantastic experience: I have been attending PT sessions in the gym for 6 weeks now and I can’t believe how far I’ve come! I have been a member of a different gym for the past year, but never felt confident to use the equipment, or even go into the gym if other people were about. This has all changed thanks to James and the friendly staff and clients at Iconic! I am now lifting weights and running - things I never thought I would do! I came to Iconic in the hope of improving my fitness and to feel better about myself. Everyone has been so welcoming and supportive, I finally feel comfortable in a gym and am actually finding that I enjoy it!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the gym is really great they welcome you to the family with open arms and really listen to what you want to achieve in your fitness goals. I had PT sessions with 3 different trainers when I was up in Scotland from London and honestly couldn't fault any of them. I will definitely be back when I am next up

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit to iconic this morning. Fiona was great. Really felt welcome from the off. Class was tough but good, being my first class fiona pushed us but kept an eye on me and adjusted my workout to suit my level. Great gym.
