Hi, I’m Paul Wallace owner of Paul Wallace Fitness Glasgow. If you’re thinking about making some positive changes for a healthier happier you, then let me help. As a fully qualified Reps Level 4 Personal Trainer I have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years and my knowledge and understanding of the body makes me stand out from the crowd. I offer 121 personal training sessions at my private studio where I help my clients achieve their fitness goals, whether this be strength, weight loss, cardio, weight gain or sports specific and support clients with nutritional advice/guidance. My boutique personal training studio, set in a charming Victorian town house in Glasgow’s East End, offers both private and small group personal training in a non-intimidating, private and professional environment. The studio is fitted with professional gym equipment from both Technogym and Concept – so you will use the highest quality commercial gym equipment available, with two areas dedicated to private and small group personal training. As my client you can choose how you want to train – 121 or small group sessions, ensuring a great personal training experience in the way you feel most comfortable.

The class has a massive mixture of equipment, one of the things I use in the classes is my zone to track the effort and give everyone the chance to track there workout and enter competitions within the team. Fantastic experience: Paul is a great PT. I feel much more confident in the gym now following our sessions and I also feel like I have a lot more knowledge on things like form and nutrition etc now than I did previously. He makes the effort to really understand your goals and help you achieve them. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Have known Paul for many years and have enjoyed taking part in his Bootcamps and FT Fit classes. Paul pushes you hard to get the best from you and the workout... which i appreciate. His cheeky sense of humour brings (i suppose) an added bonus to his classes as it does take your mind off what you're supposed to be doing... even though he forgets the time for each station during FT Fit (Haha) Top notch guy and first class trainer. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Paul is an outstanding personal trainer. He is very focussed and dedicated to ensure his client achieve the results they want. Highly professional, expert knowledge and very personable. Fantastic experience: I’ve worked with personal trainers in the past and Paul is by far the best. With him I’ve achieved excellent results and I’d put this down to his tough, but achievable, exercises and the attention paid to diet too. I’ve enjoyed all of my PT sessions and his group classes are brilliant fun too.

Fantastic experience: Paul runs a excellent outdoor bootcamp for all abilities of fitness. Even my wife who is not fitness orientated enjoys it. It can be hard as you want to make but Paul makes it very enjoyable and joins in with the banter - sometimes at his own expense. Give it a try, you may find you will enjoy it!!!!

Fantastic experience: Paul is brilliant. He is very knowledgeable and professional but also able to offer great banter. My sessions with him (many 1 hour PT sessions) have always been enjoyable despite my relationship with exercise not being so great prior. He is dedicated and will make sure you’re doing the right exercises for your goals. Highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Enjoying my one to one workouts with Paul Wallace, no 2 sessions have been the same yet. Always come away feeling like I’ve done a proper session. The online booking tool is very good and makes planning ahead very easy. Also love the gym, best of equipment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Paul now about 6,7 months now and the difference has to be seen to be believed. I walked through his door for the first time at 100.7kg and 4 months later I was down to a realistic, maintainable 87kg. Losing almost 14kg was fantastic! Paul works very closely with his clients and helps you towards your goals. He also takes the time to help with a diet plan to ensure the exercise is getting as much help form the food you eat as possible. I’ve had a few trainers in the last but none that are easy easy to get with while pushing you to your limits.

Fantastic experience: I was in a bit of a rut, not fitting my clothes, starting to feel a bit low about my level of fitness. Paul was recommended by a friend and I really liked the idea that the sessions were in a private studio, and just down the road from me so I wouldn't have to take too much time out of running my own business to change how I felt. I've almost completed one block and absolutely loving the sessions. Paul is a great trainer, knows his stuff, pushes you to your limit but friendly with it! Already starting to see changes and feeling a buzz about exercising again. Looking forward to getting stronger, fitter and feeling ever more wonderful! Thanks dude!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Paul over a year ago as he was recommended to me by a colleague as my gym sessions were not working for me. Moreover I hadn't weighed myself in ages and when I started with Paul, got on the scales and got the shock of my life. I hadn't noticed the weight creep on and was horrified about how much I had put on. Anyway long story short Paul devised a fitness plan, and I have lost about 20 pounds. Still a work in progress but doing well. He also has incredible patience as I am not the most coordinated of people. Thanks Paul, enjoy working out. ☺. Janice Campbell
