Fantastic experience: Have gone to this gym for a couple of years now and can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve been to! It’s the one place where I have improved my fitness, strength and confidence. The consistent approach by the coaches helped me to achieve my goals. Over lockdown, the service couldn’t have been better. There were online classes but the best bit is the fitness on demand through the app. You can get videos of exercises through the app and do them with limited equipment at a place that suits you. I highly recommend Caber to anyone wanting to see changes in their health and fitness. This gym is now run online and via PT sessions in Inverkip.

Fantastic experience: I dropped in to CrossFit Caber a couple of times over the Christmas holidays while visiting family. Ross was very welcoming, runs a great gym, with good programming, he creates a fantastic atmosphere and really makes sure everyone is looked after and has multiple scalable options within the WOD. I’ll be back every time I’m in Greenock
