We are in the heart of our amazing community of Pembrokeshire, and are here to help and encouraged people to take their first steps into the world of personal health & fitness, nutrition and self-development.
Our small group sessions, one-to-one personal training and nutrition advice separate us from the classic gym-fads and egos, and we aim to focus on educating our members on sustainable lifestyles, helping people to gain the building blocks needed for long-term success.

Where to start, what a 12 months it’s been. Locked down allowed back, just getting into the swing of things and locked down again. At last the return to B Fit was allowed. 12th May at 6am having been practising early getups for a couple of weeks and the climb up the stairs to the gym.

B-Fit is founded by local fitness expert Brett Sheppard. As a teenager, Brett struggled with his weight and had constant battles with food and exercise. It was these struggles that led Brett into researching more and more into healthy nutrition and exercise.
