PRIME: Coached by Sam Reohorn is a unique health and fitness gym in Pembrokeshire offering small group body transformation sessions.

Sam Reohorn has returned to Pembrokeshire to open his unique health and fitness coaching facility that fills the gap in the market between one-to-one personal training and the vast gym facility.

Fantastic experience: Amazing space and Sam is a great personal trainer!
Fantastic experience: I was originally looking for a personal trainer and found Sam. He’s excellent, very knowledgeable and super sound guy. The classes only have up to 5 other people there and have all the benefits of a personal trainer (everything tailored to your abilities and goals) with all the benefits of group training sessions (getting the best out of yourself with everybody motivating each other). There’s a wide range of people there with different goals but everyone I’ve met has been dead nice and there’s no egos or show offs. Everyone is there with the same mindset - to improve themselves. Can’t recommend Prime Gym enough.
