Fantastic experience: I’ve been training here for 3 months, has a wide range of equipment and a good amount of space. The staff are all friendly and helpful, particularly Nori who has has helped me make great progress and is a very kind person. Definitely would recommend training here.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Great space and equipment, staff are very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere there is great. Everyone is just there to work out seriously & it has a nice community feel. It is also kept lovely and clean.

Fantastic experience: I’ve complained about pretty much every commercial gym in Lewisham. Usually because the management never wants to care or fix any of the issues to do with the average gym member’s experience. Marie is the manager here and she actually cares about her members and fixes things as she sees them. Machines here aren’t disturbingly rusty and there isn’t the obligatory machine that’s always broken every other week. It’s small but there’s enough equipment comfortably outside of rush hour. The dumbbells are frequently reorganised. I take the extra hour to get to and from this gym instead of the three closer alternatives I have (NRG, puregym and the gym group lewisham) because it’s worth it.

Fantastic experience: Great gym - space, staff and equipment. I use the gym most days at various times and although at times you have to wait for a piece of equipment it never feels too busy. The space is spacious with very high ceilings. The trainers create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Neat and easy nice place to work out. Cleaning products are in place and handy to keep the virus at bay. Responsible gym members,staff members on hand to give you listening ear. I highly recommend

Always end up going through my exercise routine without having to wait for long for equipment (even during busy periods) On top of this all - free parking!

Fantastic experience: Quite big, even has a small section upstairs with even more equipment. It has a nice open area with mat for drills and classes. Has loads of weights. Good variety of equipment. Everything you'd expect. Very clean. Good hygiene standard and friendly staff. Massive car park is also a big bonus.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality The Gym staff are great, my brother lost his keys and they kept them safe before I picked them up. They will always answer questions if not busy, and thankfully ban those who don't respect the gym or equipment or other members. Marie is lovely by the way.

The staff are friendly and I do believe this is certainly a gym membership that I will be keeping.... well until I'm back looking buff and ready for a gym with a steam room and sauna. Big shout out to all of the PT's and even bigger respect to the cleaning staff who work tirelessly whenever I've been in on the evenings. My son and I give Gym Catford a big thumbs up.

Fantastic experience: Great Job being done at this gym despite what is going on. Staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Gym Manager is always out on the gym floor interacting with members and keeping the standards high, so Kudos to you. Lovely atmosphere and a majority of the members are really trying to look after the gym by wiping down after use. Sometimes gyms has ran out of blue roll but other alternatives provided, not The Gyms fault but logistics. Keep the amazing work up. Will definitely be recommending my friends who train at Bellingham to join me here. Can't wait for classes to start too.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a gym with plenty of space and equipment, this one does a great job. Due to social distancing measures you might find it is lacking in cardio equipment availability (one out of every two treadmills are out of use). Though this gym easily makes up for this with the wide variety of machines available (lots of cable machines) - two floors - two squat racks/deadlift platforms - two bench presses - two more squat racks that could also be used to bench - and a big open space to do circuits if you fancy it - there's also a free car park And best of all, you can use the app to check how busy it is to avoid the crowds. I personally go in the morning (between 7-9am) and it's not that busy, though it may get busier in the evening.
