Fantastic experience: I love Curves. It's the best gym I've ever been to and it's the only one I have ever stuck too. The ladies who work there are so friendly and keep you motivated. Such a fun relaxed atmosphere for a workout. Only take half an hour which is great! I have bad knees and this workout has helped me so much I dont get any pain anymore

Fantastic experience: Joined Curves Inverness in January this year. One of my best decisions. I go a minimum of three times a week and work out in just 30 minutes - that’s not much time out of my day! My shape has already changed, I’ve lost weight without silly diets and my BMI has dropped. The Curves coaches are just fabulous, always there for us with encouraging words. Lovely clientele who are all there for the same reason - no one feels out of place whatever age, shape or size. Give it a try - nothing to loose, lots to gain.

Fantastic experience: I have been going now for a few years now gr8 coaches the girls are so friendly and helpful it's the only place I feel comfortable going on my own. For me the place is somewhere I can go to unravel my mind I have alot of pressures at home so it's my sanctory. It always made to feel welcome they are good listeners and it's a place where you can get a laugh....pls come x

Fantastic experience: A friendly, encouraging and welcoming ladies only gym. At 30 mins per session it's easily fitted into your day. The only place I can ever say I've enjoyed a workout!

Fantastic experience: As a woman, if you feel like you don't belong in a gym, go to Curves Inverness. Full of really friendly members, so you can go on your own and never feel awkward. Amazing coaches who will encourage you to become the best version of yourself. They say every 30 minutes, another woman walks out stronger than they were when they walked in. Both physically and mentally, this could not be more true.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never classed myself as a “Gym” person but when I turned 60, I thought I need to do something more constructive than sit at my computer all day, every day. When a friend asked me to come along with her one lunchtime to try out Curves Inverness to see if it was for me or not, I can genuinely say that it was a “love at first sight” type of thing! Straight away, the Coach Team at Curves Inverness made you feel so welcome and the support is second to none. Nothing is too much effort for them to motivate your personal goals and, if you have any health issues, small or large, they tailor a workout that is suitable to your needs. There’s no pressure from the Team – they are more than happy for you to go at the pace that you feel comfortable at, but it’s always good to challenge yourself anyway, even if you have a particular day that you don’t feel on top form – you certainly come away feeling so much better within yourself. Personally, I can say the whole experience at Curves Inverness is good for the mind, body and soul and you’re guaranteed fun and laughter all the way, which is always a good tonic in itself! I would highly recommend Curves Inverness to any lady, young or elderly, who are looking to improve their health and well-being – you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant start to each day! Great atmosphere - all the staff are really friendly, helpful and encouraging and great fun with the regular faces each morning. No pressure or embarrassment as in some gyms I've been a member at, just lots of encouragement for self-motivation. Would recommend Curves Inverness to anyone of any age. - Chris York (not John!)

Fantastic experience: I joined Curves, Inverness just over 2 years ago after a recommendation from a friend at work. Previously I'd been a member of 3 different gyms over a number of years and not stuck with any of them. I found Curves different. I actually WANT to go to the gym these days! I aim to attend at least 3 times a week but some weeks I'm there up to 5 times. I like the fact that I can leave home, do my work out and be back in an hour. Great. The coaching staff are all very friendly and encouraging. I feel stronger, have more energy and my posture has improved since joining. Every Curves member is known by name from the word go and you are made to feel welcome and valued. I'm so glad I joined a women's only gym.
