Fantastic experience: For someone who isn't a gym goer by nature this place is good. Friendly, welcoming and well laid out. I've been a few times and will be going back so that is a huge recommendation as I've never been a regular gym user before. Really good set up. #update# still great and seeing new investment in equipment and upskilling of staff.
