Fantastic experience: Lovely spa day, staff very friendly. Place was very clean. Has a lovely pool, sauna, steam room and large hot tub. Lunch was very nice and big portions. Treatments were great

Fantastic experience: Clean, welcoming and friendly. The large gym is always clean and well maintained with a great selection of cardio, weights and free weights. The included personal trainer (we have Jamie) has been great at working through fitness plans with me and my partner, and has made my partner feel much more comfortable with using a gym. Free parking is a massive advantage over other gyms. Because of the good sizes and well equipped nature, we never find it is overly busy, especially evenings and weekend. The flat pool is small but fairly quiet and very clean. The hydrotherapy pool is nice and clean but nothing special. But the addition of sauna and steam room is good too. The staff are always so friendly and it is a lovely environment to be in. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of the Burntwood Court for years now and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff are friendly and hardworking, although more expensive than other gyms you really are paying for the personal touch in classes and 1-1 sessions you receive from your personal trainer who pushes you more than you could. There is a wide range of classes, equipment & facilities at the Burntwood so lots of choice for everyone. The booking system online for classes is very convenient & certain classes are so popular there are often long waiting lists a week in advance!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing place, everything you need in one place. Very nice and high qualified staff. New and professional equipment at gym and spa. Nice food and beautiful views.

Positive experience: Most customers are polite and observing the rules but a few are treating it as a social I would feel very unsafe in hydrotherapy area - swimming is fine.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. (Last two not open currently to ensure social distancing.). All areas spotlessly clean. Large, airy fitness suite, well stocked with latest equipment and wifi. Large car park. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, great staff and easily accessible. I mostly use the gym facilities but have also had a few meals there and as long as you don't mind hanging around their Sunday carvery is a must!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for the last 2 years. Alot of equipment and plenty of space. This is not like any commercial gym where you're waiting to use equipment. The staff are really friendly too.
