Fantastic experience: Very friendly, gym is a bit small and could do with a pool. Circuit training is great.

Positive experience: Currently under going roof renovation which is taking too long but the staff are very friendly and obliging and accommodating. Cloths and antibacterial are used to wipe down equipment by the individual. The cloths are then put into a bin at the end of the session to be washed and re-used- excellent way of recycling

Fantastic experience: Held my grandchild's 6th birthday party which turned out to be an excellent venue to hold it. The hire of the hall for 2 hours including an indoor bouncy castle, tables and seating big enough to cater for 36 children and their parents for £105.00. This did not include the food which we all provided. The children all had a fantastic time on the bouncy castle ensuring they were never bored. There was also a choice of coffees available at the reception desk, exactly the types sold in Costa for around £2.20 to £2.75. Parking was no problem as plenty of spaces available by the main entrance for mother's and toddlers as well as disabled blue badge holders.

Fantastic experience: Badminton training on Tuesdays 6-8pm, helping to improve my skills, and helping to develop the younger generation with improving on their skills too.

Positive experience: Needs a good clean, there are stickers and gum on the sports hall walls, some of it has been there 3 years now to my knowledge. Floor is breaking up in places also. Loo cubicles falling apart, manky hallway carpets. Lockdown would have been a perfect opportunity to get such maintenance done.

Fantastic experience: Best disabled facilities at a leisure centre in the vale, we hire out the health suite every week, tracking hoist available to assist getting in out of pool, friendly staff, can't fault them.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant staff, lovely clean venue, had both my children's parties here 2 years in a row, superb!

Fantastic experience: Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are there to ask for help or guidance should you wish. Lisa who cares for the "referrals" is an amazing Lady, absolutely the best, gives lots of encouragement whilst gently pushing you in the right direction. Took up Pilates as a good "core exercise", Michelle is fantastic, gives an easy option for newbies and leads you through the exercises, makes you feel able to keep going and keep trying. Like anywhere and anything, you get back what you put in, but if you invest the effort you will be well rewarded by the Staff here.

Fantastic experience: I visited on Saturday and I have to praise the excellent customer service. I didn't catch the man on reception's name, but he not only greeted me with a warm welcome, he also showed me to the health suite and answered any questions I had - having not been to Cowbridge Leisure Centre before. I wish every leisure centre had such nice staff! Also, the health suite was great and relaxing.
