I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and seen some crazy fads and diets designed by people in my field! No fads, No crazy diets - just healthy eating and a brand new lifestyle!!

Most people don't understand that what you eat can seriously affect your goals. With the results of your food diary I can adjust what you eat and when to maximise your results

In all aspects of healthy lifestyles you need to do some excercise. It doesn't matter if it is high intensity or taking it slow. Your body will know its limits but as you progress on your journey, your limits will increase with your fitness.

Here are just a few of my clients stories. I pride myself on their results but take bigger pride from their hard work and willingness to try something new.........

Marlene has suffered for many years with rheumatoid arthritis. Taking medication and endless painkillers was not something Marlene wanted to do long term so after seeking advice she has changed her health and her life. Please read her story. - Vivienne

"Last November I decided to reach out to Vivienne after reading her newsletters for almost a year. I was looking for an alternative way to helping my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was diagnosed with RA 7 years ago and have been on various medications over that time with nothing really helping me with the pain.

Prednisone is very dangerous and should not be taken for such an extended period of time and yet my doctor insisted that I will have to continue taking these meds for the rest of my life. I kept telling myself there has to be another way or something else I can do to help my condition.

When I spoke to Vivienne in November, I was in severe pain with my hands. My fingers, knees, & feet were swollen. There were many mornings when I woke up and I could hardly straighten up right away without intense pain. I had to hold onto the wall to walk and the bottom of my feet would ache as I put them down on the floor.

My doctor told me that as long as I took my medicine, I would have minimum flare up & pain but the moment I did not take it the pain would return. He never gave me hope I could overcome this condition. I realized the meds were only controlling my pain & not really addressing the cause of the RA.

It is now August and after following the autoimmune elimination programme, I have gotten amazing results. Over time, I had felt significantly better after getting adjustments and changing my diet. I asked my doctor to reduce my meds and he dropped them to half the quantity. I recently decided to put this to the test and stop taking my meds all together & I have had no problems. My joints feel great and I have no more pain!

Thanks to Vivienne and the education I have gained on how to live a healthy lifestyle. I have not felt better about my health than I do now. I plan to continue down this path of healing and incorporating this into my life & sharing it with others."- Marlene

There is no better feeling than helping someone with their health issue. Type 2 diabetes is something that is close to me as my grandad had it and I want to be able to help people who want to get back on track after being diagnosed and show them how to reverse the condition.

Diabetes is lifestyle management. Making changes to your food, sleep and exercise will get your blood sugar levels back into normal range without any medication.
