Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality Fantastic gym, staff and facilities. Weights, cardio, boxing/MMA stuff, Sauna, good showers and just a general good vibe all hours of the day. Even when it's busy you can get on with a good workout.

Every instructor is passionate about fitness it's like a family. The owner Chris Ware has worked from the bottom to the top. He is caring, passionate and has worked and continues to work to make it an amazing gym. Budget gym doesn't have that!! Warehouse is one of the assets of Swansea! Trust me.
