Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, great atmosphere, good location and feel comfortable training here

Fantastic experience: I had my first one to one session with Ryan and I felt really comfortable in the gym. I had never set foot in a boxing gym and was really nervous but it was so friendly I was fine after 5 minutes. The session was brilliant I learnt a lot and really enjoyed it. I will definitely be back.
