New Body Gym prides itself on the service and support it offers to every member who joins – all at a very affordable cost. Open 7 days a week, 20 hours a day with fully automated access there really is no excuse to not achieve your goals!
We opened with two main aims; every member is given support and guidance throughout their training – high level service for low cost gym prices. We are open 7 days a week, 21 hours a day.
Too many fitness facilities promise results, take your money and leave you to guess your way through. Proper training and a change in lifestyle is a science. Which is where we come in. We sell RESULTS. We offer a lot for very little. Have a look at some of what we offer on gym membership page.

Fantastic experience: This is a professional studio where the trainers really care about the progress their clients and gym members make. The trainers are always willing to give advice and build friendly relationships with every member. Honestly, I wouldn't want to train anywhere else. The Trainers are second to none, and really good value too. :)
Fantastic experience: Great bunch of guys. Just recently finished my level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal training course with them and I really enjoyed it! Recommend them to anyone looking to do one of their courses. I'll definitely be going back to them for more courses in the future! As for the personal training they are very professional compared to most of the other gyms around. They really do care about every single client that walks through that door and they make sure they take very good care of you!
