Personal training and fitness coach Mike Nichols can visit you at home, Gym, Online or at the Mike Nichols Gym

Our 1-1 Personal Training programmes are designed for men and women of all fitness levels who want to achieve fat loss, build muscle and increase fitness levels. After establishing your goals we look to create a personalised training programme to help you achieve them and overall develop physical wellbeing.

For a fraction of the price of 1-1 PT, Group Training is a great choice to get healthy and fit with your friends and family. During your group training sessions we encourage you to support and motivate one another. A maximum of four members can participate in group sessions to ensure full attention on each member.

Mike Nichol’s Online Training allows you to workout in the comfort of your home or at your local gym. The trainer will help to provide you with structure and will plan appropriate routines for you, based upon your goals. To help with this there are demonstrational exercise videos, dietary guides and useful fitness documents.

Sign up for our brand new Tailored Meal Plans! These bespoke plans are crafted by our team to assist you in becoming stronger and healthier. After we have established your key fitness goals and dietary requirements, we are able to provide your bespoke healthy meal plan which we promise to pack full of nourishing goodness and flavour.

The rates for each programme vary and all programmes are custom designed based on your requirements however, below are the general prices per session / person:

You’ll start with a free consultation, which will last about an hour, where you’ll discuss your fitness goals and when you’d like to accomplish them. Part of your programme will include full nutritional advice to ensure that you are giving your body the right nutrients it needs during (and after) your training. Your custom training programme will be crafted with varying exercises which best fit your body goals and you’ll get started on the path to optimum fitness!

Based in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire, Mike’s self contained gym has state of the art equipment and if you are a Personal Training client you’ll receive completely private training with the whole gym to yourself during your sessions! You can find the exact location on our Contact page.

Fantastic experience: I attend Hannah’s bootcamp on a Wednesday evening, excellent class. She encourages to push yourself harder. Very friendly and an enjoyable class to be in. Would highly recommend it to people.

Fantastic experience: Excellent trainers with a great knowledge of the anatomy, physical exercise and nutrition. I am nearly 70 and with 2 artificial hips and 1 artificial knee and they manage to keep me going, so that I can cycle, ski and umpire hockey matches, not at the same time of course!! I would thoroughly recommend them. Thanks Mike and Hannah!

Fantastic experience: Mike guided me to my optimum weight and shape for my wedding in the summer with interesting and varied workouts. His advice on diet and nutrition were also really valuable whilst being realistic. I enjoyed it so much that I have continued training post wedding to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. I would highly recommend training with Mike and also doing Hannah’s boot camp sessions in conjunction with the training, her sessions help shift the last few stubborn pounds.

Fantastic experience: My wife and myself went to Mike to get motivation to help us get fit and shed a few pounds, Mike has a great way of getting you focused on your end gaols without you realising it! My wife and myself have different fitness abilities and strengths,but Mike has tailored sessions in the gym that we can both get the most from ,whilst pushing us both to our limits and ultimately to our goals. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to nutritional information, But most of all he will not judge you the first time you walk through his door , he will meet you with guidance and support to help you reach your goals

Fantastic experience: Hannah's boot camp on a Wednesday is always a good challenging workout that makes you feel great after the session. Hannah is very encouraging whilst giving us advice on ways in which we can push ourselves harder to get the best results of our work out. There is never any pressure to do an activity we may not feel comfortable to do, and is always a great laugh for a midweek blast.
