The best way to get started is to book a free 30 minute consultation so you can come and meet me in person, discuss what we do, what we don’t do, how things work and find something to suit you. If after the consultation you decide to do something with us, we will support you and look after you on your journey. On the other hand, if at the end of the consultation you decide that for some reason it is not for you, that is no problem at all. We only work with clients who are keen to work with us

We are a health, fitness and remedial establishment which has been running successfully in Towcester for the last eight years and we now have two branches: one in Towcester and the more recent one in Brackley where Ian Ryves, the owner continues his unique way of getting you fit and healthy.

We pride ourselves on being different to every other health and fitness establishment. In each branch we have two private studios and a treatment room. People who are normally aged between 40 to 65+ come to us for private one-to-one training sessions or treatments. So you are always alone with a health professional in a private space. We also run courses for small groups of people in order to give individual attention.

We are not a big gym with lots of intimidating machines. You do not train amongst other people. The instructors are not body builders sloping around with one knuckle on the ground and the other holding a protein drink. Our trainers will not start by asking you what your “targets” are. They will never say “no pain, no gain”. They will never beast you so that you are so stiff and aching the next day that you can’t move. They will never push you beyond where you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Wellbeing is a good gym, with a very personal flavour. Cathal is an excellent personal trainer. He watches the body movement very carefully and tracks issues and injuries carefully. He always has a program planned and changes it to suit the conditions presented on the day. great job!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy training with the team at Wellbeing Fitness. A great team of highly trained health fitness professionals that really know their stuff. Consistently friendly and supportive - motivating you to reach your goals. Been so great to get back into the studio consistently too recently. Highly recommend. f you are considering training with them - just go for it!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I love the way the trainers always find time to check that everyone is OK; and tailor the exercises to suit. They certainly keep us on our toes in the bootcamp classes, and encourage us to give of our best throughout the duration of the class - especially towards the end, when we're all flagging a bit. I also love the diverse population that you see in and around the gym, it's so encouraging. Full marks, for coming up with such a sensitive and effective way of being fit and well
